They created our website and paid for SEO then send out a report 6 months on showing how our site had over 480 errors and problems preventing it from being included in google.
They have so many term to stop it being there fault.

Joke of a company! Do not use them, there are plenty of other good agencies in the Colchester area. Everyone locally knows to stay away. Once you sign with them you do not GET out they will try everything in their power to keep you locked into your contract.
