My fibre line is not working at all and they always have bad excuses why. They are trying to fix it over the last few months. The customer services is really bad and not trained. The phone sometimes cannot receive calls for ages. I have More

The service is pathetic and they Nexus inform you that a 2 year contract must be taken to ensure you receive wifi service. When services are required then the so called director refuses to call you or he ain't available, but just not pay the provider then they quick to call. I have now had the worse experience from a provider that initially promised that they available at any time one calls but when you do call, no one can assist, REALLY PATHETIC.Even worse you must continue with the contract for that's the requirement in the area I reside and nexus is the only provider at the time of taking out the contract.
