Customer service and the product as a whole is absolutely atrocious. I have used many EMR's including Modernizing Medicine/EMA, EPIC, etc. and this is like stepping backwards in time. We were ill-advised from the very beginning of our journey and are now roped into having paid thousands of dollars for an EMR product that just flat out doesn't deliver. My practice has spent a year and a half and countless hours trying to make it work and yet again just when we thought the company would come through and make it right, they have given us the run-around forcing us to consult Karen Zupko in order to salvage what we have. Maddening doesn't even cut it at this point. Save your time and your money - go with a different product!

Poor experience before and especially after they received advance payment. Paid this company >$25K in advance for implementation of medical software that was not even completed because their product did not integrate and perform the tasks as promised. Contacted company staff including CEO multiple times without resolution of issue- or even a reply. Lawyer is now handling this unresolved matter to pursue resolution of this claim. I would strongly advise another vendor and bypass their booth at medical trade shows.

Nextech is a wonderful place to work. Our team is amazing and getting better all the time.
