Customer service and the product as a whole is absolutely atrocious. I have used many EMR's including Modernizing Medicine/EMA, EPIC, etc. and this is like stepping backwards in time. We were ill-advised from the very beginning of our journey and are now roped into having paid thousands of dollars for an EMR product that just flat out doesn't deliver. My practice has spent a year and a half and countless hours trying to make it work and yet again just when we thought the company would come through and make it right, they have given us the run-around forcing us to consult Karen Zupko in order to salvage what we have. Maddening doesn't even cut it at this point. Save your time and your money - go with a different product!
