THE BEST residential property managers on the Coast (in my significant experience). I'm a landlord, and have also been a tenant of a property managed by Georgie at Next Property. We first meet her earlier last year, viewing a property that wasn't quite a fit for us. Georgie had the knowledge and foresight to keep us abreast of what was becoming available and we secured the perfect rental this way and with none of the hassle and drama. Georgie ensured the communication, move-in and what (at the time) was a number of maintenance and repair items was all easily sorted, punctual and painless - even working in her own time/after hours to make sure we were all sorted. The whole process and presentation of contract, receipts, records etc was seamless and easy. It really put into contrast how slack and unprofessional other property managers generally are!
