Very pleasant environment. Wait time was short. Saw the Nurse Practitioner she was very informative.
She put a plan in place and I was pleased with the visit. The only thing I waa disappointed with is I didn t get to meet the physician I made the appointment with.
My son broke his wrist. The care was fine. Their billing department was absolutely a mess. This applies to both the orthopedic department and the radiology department as well. My son had to see both departments twice. Both times I paid in full on the day he was seen. The first time I received bills in the mail several weeks later claiming I still owed them money. Called, got it cancelled. The second time I paid in full and asked twice if this was everything and was told yes. Received several new bills in the mail a few weeks later. Of course now I am not able to get a hold of anyone that can address the issue.
Edit: To be clear, I paid in full upon the close of my visit and did not use insurance, so in no way were they a contributor to the fact that I never leave your office clear on whether I have paid my bill.
Really glad I found this clinic to help me deal with my worker's comp injury. The doctors and staff are very supportive, helpful and interested in helping me fully recover from my injuries and get back to my active life which I greatly appreciate! Great group to work with and I have already recommended to family and friends needing excellent orthopedic care.
It was a bit of a wait, but not bad. Loved the staff and their efficiency. Dr. came in at the end to make sure I had all my questions answered. I felt like I got all the attention, explanations, and help I needed.
I was met with professionalism and respect as soon as I entered the lobby. All my questions were answered in detail and the medical staff assisted me through doors, with difficult movements, and maintained as much comfort as possible. Dr. Zarling was all of the above as well as accurate and efficient with his work done to drain fluid from my knee as well as his demonstrations and instruction for rehabilitating myself. Very knowledgeable and experienced man.

Dr. Acree is great. Friendly and efficient. The steroid injection he administered was essentially painless.

My 3 year old son started coming here in February. I was VERY nervous since he is all over the place. I m so satisfied with the staff and doctor Zarling. They were very patient & understand with him. I will definitely be back to this location for any other services!
