Been a slip member for over 4 years and they have no idea on how to properly manage their business. It is being managed be incompetent kids that make their own decisions. For the amount you spend to slip your boat on a monthly basis, this should be managed at much higher level. Extremely disappointed ... do not select this marina as your #1 choice. Last resort option at best.
We rented a bout they took our deposit by when we got there they told us we had no rental this is a joke of a company do not recommend at all

We rented a 10x30 pontoon several months ago. It was to include a full grill and a bathroom. We put our deposit and all was well. We got to the marina and not only had to wait in the blazing hot sun for close to an hour to check in, but then we were given the wrong 10x30 pontoon, which did not come with a bathroom and came with a very small floor grill. There were 11 of us and we had planned accordingly with the thought that everything was set up. Per the marina, nothing could be done and all their pontoons were fully booked and we still were charged the same amount. We were VERY unhappy with the service and would ha e AT LEAST appreciated a reimbursement since we did not get the correct pontoon! We will not be renting from you again sadly
These people don't ever answer the phone, they havechave calling them basically to give the money and they still don't answer.
Awesome service and fun boat! We rented one for a work party and had a fabulous time.

Fantastic spot to get a boat and get on the water! We rented a jon boat to fish out of and caught a few striper and largemouth. Troy and Julia were so nice and accomodating! We will definitely be back again!!
Not sure why all the negative comments on here - this is a great place to rent a slip for your boat. Every dock is locked with our own key code to access. I am hoping they are doing a better job to regulate non marina members parking, though. At times we have to park a mile away to get to our slip. Shipwreck cove is a great place for music, bar food, and cold drinks - it is exactly what it needs to be. Definitely going to be here for a long time.

Used to love renting boats from here. The new ppl are not very customer service oriented. They got snotty with us when we cancelled our reservation... And tried to charge us more!
Our boat is at Elm Hill Marina and I have had boats at other local marinas and Elm Hill Marina is my favorite on Percy Priest Lake.
I actually have a boat out here and can say the view is all you get. Service is terrible. I'm literally sitting at the bar and the bar tender said not my customer you will need to find her. Prices are crazy and food sucks. They need to sell the restraunt to Sam's and get it together. By the way it's summer and not open hardly ever. How can you be in business in the summer and not be open????????
Bit of a wait due to the kitchen. Prices were high for the level of food quality. But, it is marina food.

Had a great time visiting family members houseboat. We were disturbed by a domestic situation that I went down and broke up. It did damper the fun, but I felt her safety was more important. All she wanted to do was keep arguing with him. Eventually, the marina kicked them out later that week.

Went out for a houseboat music release party. Had a great time! Lots of parking, friendly people. The weather was perfect!
Flooded right now cannot get on the Pier's they may start shuttle service tomorrow that is a big maybe though. If you don't have a boat docked there don't bother going down. It will be at least a week before they are back to normal operation maybe longer as power is still out.

I ve been trying to get ahold of them for over two weeks, thought maybe they aren t open yet? I finally got a call back but was at work and missed it.. have called back multiple times and no one ever answers or calls back.. kinda bummed, my friends and I have always used this place since we moved here( almost a decade) and have always loved them.
I ll never give this marina my business again!
Before I go into detail, please feel free to check through my history to see that I ve never left a bad review for any business no matter the circumstance. Things go wrong from time to to time, but what s the point of being upset by that. Move on with your day, etc; but I felt throughly ripped off and treated horribly by the management of this place.
When we arrived I paid an extra $50 for a damage waiver to cover any liability incurred on our part. I was told an extra $50 would be charged if damage did occur. When going through the pre-check, I was notified of a nicked propeller and a damaged ladder and to be aware of those issues. We returned halfway through our boating experience to unload a couple friends. During this, we were approached by the manager who promptly took the ladder off the boat and did not replace it. The deckhands (who alongside the young female sales clerk were more than pleasant) proceeded to tie a rope with three knots in it from the top deck. NO ONE COULD GET BACK ON THE BOAT WITH THIS solution . This was a major safety issue in my eyes, not to mention it felt like a setup from this moment onwards.
When we returned I politely let the manager know that I felt massively disrespected by his attitude during our initial interaction (shut down any and all conversation with I m not gonna argue with any of you. This is what you signed. ) and that I believe l m being ripped off for a poorly maintained boat and terrible welding/craftsmanship. (Not to mention Cobwebs, a rickety propane grill barely bolted down, etc. All things I m willing to overlook for the sake of harmony under normal circumstances.)
He proceeded to tell me how he was doing us all a favor by letting us stay out on the water after we damaged their property . The property that we were notified at the beginning was damaged!
I ve worked in public-facing jobs my entire life and have been talked to every which way from Sunday; both as an employee and a customer. I ve never felt more disrespected and ripped off as I did in my experience with this marina.
DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS A DIME!!!
What a great day. The team here is super friendly and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat, but they have several different options to choose from. We will be back!!
Wouldn t bother renting here go to **Four Corners Marina** Boats at Elm Hill Marina are in bad shape and service is terrible. Our boat broke down so they discounted $25 off our bill and towed the boat back and charged us an additional $50 for an anchor they forgot to put on the boat. Don t waste your time and money!
Had a great time on a company event. We rented a pontoon boat and spent the day playing out on the lake and had a great time! The staff at the marina boat rental were very nice and helpful in getting us casted off.
