Ali was a great tech. He did a very professional job and was polite and careful not to damage our water line when the drop to the outside had to be placed close to the outside spigot. Nextlink also uses the appropriate cat5 for outside use to avoid weather interrupting service. I would recommend them over any other radio/line of site companies. They also do not overload their infrastructure like Centurylink does in Krum so you actually get what you pay for.
