Excellent location and excellent service. The very comfortable room !!
Thank you EmblemHealth for hosting the annual event @ this Hotel. The lobster bite is awesome. Great Quality stuffs.
Excellent hotel from long time ago. Recently renovated. Great rooms, very comfortable. Great location. Super view of St Patricks Cathedral. Very nice restaurants and excellent breakfast in Villard. Love visiting NYC and staying at this magnificent hotel.
At The Palace, The Steve Cohen Chamber Magic Show is terrific!
I love the towers no other place to see New York from
Rude and unprofessional staff. The location is all it has going for it. Don't waste your money.
Really a great hotel. Not by chance is in the top ten of the best in New York
The palace of New York
Jaime style super luxury, a team at your service, the bar of the hotel tjs atmosphere, value for money certainly one of the best in Manhattan.
The ideal location.
The sport room
Room amenities
The comfort of the mattresses ..
In short, a hotel where we come back without thinking, the concierges become friends but especially the calm of the place
Drinks in plush lobby bar. Expensive, well made, but spotty service.
A beautiful hotel with reasonably pleasant rooms ruined by snobbish and pretentious staff. There were welcome exceptions, but overall a very uninviting, negative atmosphere.
This place is gorgeous from the inside like a hidden jewel inside a big city. The rooms are big and views are amazing plus your in the heart of Manhattan close to everything. Service is fantastic as well definitely will be back
Loved the location...front desk staff, not so much....
Great hotel. Large room two queen beds. Beds were wonderful. Good service great air conditioning. Very comfortable hotel near attractions. Front desk staff very helpful. Didn't try the bar. After a hectic day this is a great place to chill out with a cold glass of water.
Amazing place. You can only loving it. Mr. Michael at the reception is so good in taking care of customer, even if sometimes he cannot do something "impossible" (that's normal, but.. remember have customers and Customers ). Back for sure. Well placed close to everything you can need, want and desire!
Nice large room and bathroom with spacious the beds were comfortable room service was prompt overall great experience
Door man very rude, kicked out my driver at the minute I was heading out to NBC studio to work on my performance, bringing it to NBC attention not to booked me there no more.
Price moderate, have to pay for wifi. Toilet seat broken.
Formerly known as the Helmsley Palace, this midtown hotel offers (from some rooms) great views of the spires of the venerable St. Patrick's Cathedral, and excellent service throughout.
My Wife and I will stay here every time we come to NYC. Beautiful hotel ,rooms are clean and large . Staff are very friendly and nice, ask for a room with a view of St Patrick's cathedral.
Rooms are overpriced for what you get...plus they need to clean better. Not impressed
This is our first time staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The rooms are the right size and the facilities are good. Very convenient location - very close to Broadway theatres, shops and Central Park.
Large rooms and great location but it's getting dated and worn out.
My Husband and I stayed at the Lotte New York Palace Towers 2/20/20-2/23/20. I was overwhelmed at how amazing the property, staff, restaurants, and accommodations were. The property itself is gorgeous. Being directly across from St. Patricks Cathedral it is an awesome location in midtown and easily transversal to anywhere in Manhattan. Second the staff was attentive, friendly, and easily approachable. The Manager (Jimm) was absolutely delightful and even called to upgrade our room (as we booked through AMEX). Not to mention they have 5pm cocktails in the private lobby for the towers, awesome way to start the event. We had breakfast daily in the Gold Room which offered a variety of options, my favorite was the Billionaire Bacon and the Avocado Toast. Our original king room was spacious and beautiful with a great view. Upon upgrade to the corner suite I am not sure I would ever stay anywhere else in NYC. This was the largest room I have ever been in in NYC, small kitchen, bar, entry, powder bath, dining table, living room, private room with master on suite! It was breathtaking with wall to wall windows. The Lotte New York Palace Towers has definitely won me over and will be were I continue to book for all my NYC trips.
The Lotte is a one of a kind. Grand entrance, beautiful staircase, fabulous service. Excellent location and rooms are very nice.
Everyone was really friendly and the hotel was really clean !!
Good hotel, nice location opposite St Patrick's cathedral in the heart of New York. Knocked a star off since WiFi wasn't included - that seems like a basic amenity for rooms at the prices in Lotte. Beautiful Christmas tree outside if you visit from Thanksgiving onwards.
THEY HAVE THIEVES WORKING FOR THEM!!!!!! DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LOCK UP YOUR JEWELRY, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE SLEEPING IN YOUR ROOM!!!
My girlfriend got married this past weekend and stayed in one of the suites at the Palace Hotel. Naturally, she has very expensive jewelry with her. Her husband woke up the morning after their reception at 8am to an employee of the hotel IN THEIR ROOM! He claimed he was there to collect pads & pens, something very peculiar. Later that day, the bride discovered her very expensive bracelet and earrings stolen!!! She showed her husband the set hours before they woke up to this stranger in their room, so she knew exactly where she left it. They tore the room upside down looking for the jewelry. When they got the hotel involved, they did nothing! They said their cameras had very little surveillance and didn't cover who went in and out of their room. They police were more helpful, but nonetheless, her jewelry is still missing and one of the hotel's employees is a couple thousand dollars richer. The most this hotel did for them was a late check out. THAT'S IT!!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! You would never think that you had to lock your jewelry up while you slept in the same room!!!!!!! NEVER STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!!!!!
Only for stars for decor, location, ambiance. Not a 5 because they don't offer free breakfast or free wifi
Love this hotel!!! Staying a month in July and just spent another week here. Great service, location, staff, breakfast and happy hour Also got to see The Obamas while here they had lunch across the street
Excellent service and atmosphere! Stetson was awesome and went above and beyond. We left some possessions behind and he held them hours later until we came back and remembered us. Thanks Stetson!
GoGreat experience. Would go back. Minor deficits in customer service - tried to make breakfast reservations and was passed around on phone - we gave up.
The hotel was nice. Modern, clean, well staffed. However we were given different stories by the staff about rides to the airport, the deposit, etc. They were apologetic but offered nothing to midigate the damage caused by false advertising. The housekeeper was wonderful 5 stars. Christina was very sweet and professional.
If you can book a room with a cathedral view, it's just excellent, the hotel is well located, and the service is ok .....
Room was clean hotel is nice. But seemed dated and used extensively.
Hotels are only as good as their staff, and whomever is hiring is doing a great job! William has got to be the best head bell hop I've ever encountered!
Such a fantastic and historic hotel in a wonderful location! We enjoyed every second of our stay and have made this our NYC regular ..
I stayed at this wonderful hotel over New Years Eve 2019/2020 and had an unforgettable time there. At check in we received a free upgrade to a suite on the upper floors with free WiFi etc. The view was breathtaking. The decor of the room was very luxurious and clean. The bed was the highlight - I have never slept in such a comfortable bed.
It s great to be recognized as a repeat customer, and referred to by name by valets and bellmen. All employees are courteous and professional! Perfect location near the best shopping. Breakfast is outstanding!
Room are beautiful and clean.
Great location. Beds were comfortable. Pretty Christmas decorations
Fantastic hotel - full of old school charm & truly palatial! Perfect location, beautiful building; really friendly & helpful staff who made us feel very welcome.
Beautifully decorated during the holidays. Stop by to find one of NYC's prettiest hidden holiday trees and their gingerbread house.
Tha matress kill my back but everything is good clean the space of the room very good the service perfect!
Very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Good central location for being a tourist in NYC.
Upscale hotel with huge rooms and great views of the cathedral. Staff welcomes you with open arms.
Incredible service, GORGEOUS & clean. What more can you ask for.
Great place and beautiful facilities. The rooms are large and the workout room has everything you could want. However, there is no free WiFi, no free breakfast, and no pool.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The people are very accomodating. We had room service, and the food is fantastic! If you have a chance, you can watch a shot on the first floor. And this hotel has a nice pool and a nice bar on the 10th floor. Everything here is exceptional! We will definitely come back to our next trip and recommend the hotel to all of my colleagues.
The New York Palace Hotel - is, one of the greatest hotels in the City. Their management - most especially Carin Armstrong is a true professional - and values customer service. The management sets the tone - for the Hotel. Location in Midtown is in walking distance to everywhere you want to be. The rooms are unusually large for NYC - GYM is GREAT. The outdoor courtyard is a great place to sit, with a cup of coffee to take in the city. The concierge team - know all the best places to go,
The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and views hence the 3 star. The hotel is not a 5 star place at all and was very disappointed and not worth the money paid for it especially as Wi-Fi did not even come as complimentary and we were not allowed to use the fridge! The hotel appears to have
a much older section called the towers with its own concierge making it have the appearance of 2 separate businesses in the same building. The bars within the hotel was not accessible, service and staff engagement was really poor, could not get a straight recommendation or answer from concierge or reception staff. There were no parts of the hotel to sit and relax as the lobby was always busy. The hotel had a huge Christmas tree decorated beautifully which attracted folks from the street and had similar decorated trees in the lobby as well. The hotel could do with a face lift, better furniture and what not. Would not recommend as a 5 star hotel to anyone seeking a 5 star as it is not.
One of the best hotels in NYC! The rooms were clean and quite large (by NYC standards)! Exceptional service by the staff and we loved getting suggestions from the doormen! It s so refreshing to be in Midtown and be away from the craziness of Times Square. I would recommend the Lotte tower any day!
Nice hotel but it's just crowded to many people or guest roaming at the lobby. Nice rooms and service is okay.
A really nice hotel. It is super centrally located. The rooms are spacious but a bit old. We had a room in the tower (53rd floor), the view was world class.
The service in the hotel is excellent.
I really recommend this hotel.
Expensive but excellentocation and beautiful amenities.
Lots of gorgeous decorations, outdated electronics from the 70s, uncomfortable mattresses, and paper thin walls that you will hear screaming babies through.
Great room - the garage is not a part of the hotel ...horror show getting your car in the morning. Be ready for a slow group of attendants. Waited for over 2 hours just to get my car!!!!!
They parked the car in an entirely different garage.
The front desk tried to help But no one seemed to care. IT RUINED AN ENTIRE WEEKEND....
Location is fabulous, view towards St Patricks, priceless. Large hotel but very well maintained.
I never been there but every time I walk past it it's always crowded outside.
Clean, pleasant, great location and good service. My favorite hotel in NYC.
Beautiful hotel, food amazing. Featured in Daredevil season 3
