Fantastic service from this locally owned and operated company. They are cheerfully there for special delivery requests and advice. I have worked with many laundry services during my years in the hospitality industry and New System is the best!

I have to say after working, owning and operating restaurants in Portland for the last 25 years New Systems offers the best service and best price by far.
Beware! I have never written a negative review but feel a responsibility to warn other surgery centers and health care facilities about our experience with New System Laundry. The following is based upon both my experience but more importantly upon 2 RN Operating room managers and our Quality Assurance Surgery Center Consultant The main problems were: 1 Multiple Laundry items returned with hair on them 2 Multiple items with foreign bodies including tape attached 3 Items with tire marks on them 4 Items with objectional odors smelling like dirty water 5 Multiple items returned with tears in them 6 Multiple items folded poorly making them appear wrinkled 7 Frequent blankets delivered that were threadbare 8 Items with grease stains on them 9 Lack of adequate number of available items 10 Failure to reduce excessive unnecessary inventory resulting in a much higher bill than necessary All three of our nurses currently work at multiple Operating rooms in the Portland and Vancouver WA area and attest to the the much higher quality of the laundry service provided by other companies To their credit our delivery person is friendly, and returns calls. Unfortunately despite multiple emails and conversations by numerous employees the above problems continued forcing us to change vendors. Anthony from New Systems has been our delivery driver for a while, and he's one of the best. It's always so fun when he comes in and you can genuinely tell he cares about taking care of us at our business. No matter what our needs are, he's always able and willing to help and make sure we've got what we need, whether it be more or less mats, aprons, rags, etc.! He's genuinely one of the best and hardest workers at New Systems and we always look forward to seeing him!
Great customer service! I have worked at two bars that use New System and when ever we need anything I give them a call and they get it to us the same day.
I've had nothing but great and consistent service for the years I've had sheets delivered by New Systems. Nate made setting up my account easy and Matt U has been taking super care of me ever since. Quick and accommodating responses, they really make it easy and I'm grateful for their services.
New System is not only great at what they do, but they are great people to work with! In particular, Jen Gilmore and Anthony Entrikin have been wonderful in their service and assistance. Especially throughout COVID, Jen and Anthony have worked hard to ensure we always have our laundry and other supplies. On numerous occasion, they have made special trips to our Pizzeria (Bella Pizza in Portland) to help us out when we ran low on something. I highly recommend New System Laundry!

Love New Systems!! I have worked with them for 5+ Years at various restaurants and are currently using them for Stacked Sandwich Shop and Mama Bird. Jen and Jared are the absolute best; always there to fix my ordering oopsies!! I would recommend their services to restaurants big and small. They are always prompt with addressing our service needs and often anticipate them before we even do!
The team of New system always make sure delivery is proper with correct pars and cleaned supplies. In rare occasions, we have a higher flow of guests and just by giving them a quick call, they will be delivering same day. Thank you for the consistent hard work.

My bar uses this company and they are always there for us, even in a pinch. Very professional and great to work with! I love being on shift when Anthony and Jen service us. They have helped so much with this crazy covid stuff too!
I would STRONGLY advise against doing any business with this company. My work has been in a contract with them for years. Over the last while their linens have gotten increasingly dirty and dingy. When we receive clean linens weekly, they are consistently full of a lot of hair, some are tattered and stained. I have tried to work on the problem with them, but to no avail, they tell me they are within industry standards , I am in the medical field, I cannot have hair in my linens Their contracts are iron clad and impossible to get out of. I have been sending pictures and returning unusable linens to them for over 5 months now trying to correct the issue or get out of the contract. They will not let us go Run for the hills before doing business with this company!!

New System is a company that truly cares about the service industry and the customers they supply. Through all the ups and MANY downs this past year, they have worked with The Mont to help keep us going. Pausing delivery and payment, while still picking up was so helpful. Maybe we're lucky to have a fantastic rep, but he's made delivery, billing, and pick up's a breeze. Local northwest company is a super bonus too.
New System Laundry is such a good company!! We use their services at our clinic Concentra Urgent Care (Swan Island location) and they are always professional and punctual. Kyle does all of our deliveries here, and he is amazing! I would definitely recommend New Systems Laundry!!
We've had New System as our laundry service provider for years. They are such a hospitality-focused group of people, and the communication is always top-notch. As a small restaurant, (especially during the pandemic,) our needs are constantly changing, and the team that works with us is incredibly accommodating. Jen and Ryan are just wonderful, always addressing any issues head-on, and clearly communicating about logistics, cost, pars, etc. Even our old reps, Chad and Manny, still keep in touch and fill in every once and awhile. They go above-and-beyond for us, and it's nice to know we are utilizing a company with a team that has our back. Keep up the good work!

They're a family owned business that takes pride in their services. My guy is Julian, he is absolutely the most caring, best person to represent their company. Always on top of my needs and is so personable!

I've been using new system for towel and mat service at my food truck for 2 years. Professional, friendly, and responsive service. They can accommodate my small order weekly or biweekly and are quick to adjust quantities according to my needs. Anthony is punctual and friendly, and always helpful when we need to make a change in service. Highly recommend.

We have working with New System Laundry for years. Our driver's have always been responsive to any requests and can make things happen in a pinch. This last crazy year they have been super flexible with the turning on and off our our business and unpredictable needs.

Hidden fees, poor tracking practices that result in bad billing practices, and long term (5 year) automatically renewed contracts unless you cancel in the 90 days window you have each 5 years to do so should let you know all you need to about this business. Do your business a favor, learn from our mistake and stay far away from them.
We have used New Systems laundry service for years now and have had exceptional service! Our orders arrive on time, and our delivery man, Kyle is so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend New Systems to anyone looking for commercial laundry services!

I want to shout out New System Laundry company. This year has been such a struggle with my company in this pandemic and they made things really easy. Having a company that checks in on us (driving by to ask if we need anything and ask about how we are handling this pandenic) was incredibly thoughtful. New System has been very accommodating to our changing needs especially during this past year with things changing from month to month and have never had an issue. It s a rare occurrence when we run short on product, but they re always quick to make the delivery which says a lot since we re all the way out in Forest Grove. Our driver, Manny, is always very friendly and responsive to service the account and does not interrupt the business when we re busy. I would highly recommend New System for the quality of the products and outstanding service.
