Parking rate of $23 is very pricey. Also the electronic signs regarding available spots in a particular lot does not work. The barriers are not functional as well. Oh, and the 4 elevator to terminal are very slow.

Horrible service. Non of the machines work. When you call their help number, they tell you they can't help. Finally called David Henderson over to just say that he can't help either. Poor sweet lady employee said that they've had issues with all their machines. No one seems to care. This is at Houston IAH terminal B
This is one of the worst run business on the planet. The machines are out of date and they are constantly broken. 50% of the time you park here you will have issues leaving the parking lot. It is absolutely rediculous. Nothing worse than getting held up for an hour after getting back from a trip.
Rates are ridiculous. San Antonio international Airport charges $12 a day and these clowns at Houston Hobby charge $22. Dont use them because there are plenty of companies that will let you park for $6 to $10 a day, and they give you a free ride to the airport.
I have been parking here since 2012, never had an bad experience. However today's driver is horrible. We met this rude and almost bald driver "Joe.". We had heavy luggages with us and he didn't help at all. Instead he asked us to bring them to the back seat ourselves since the rack is full. At the same time he yelled at us to hurry up. I have never seen a driver this rude before. Not to mention his driving skill is bad too. Not coming back to this lot anymore, it used to be a good one.
Live an hour away across town. Dropped off wife at airport in morning. Didn't realize that I forgot my wallet until at exit cashier. Dug up $4.00 in loose change of $5.00 fee and offered to mail in balance. The attendants demanded payment in full at the moment regardless. Stated charges would continue to incur unless I paid at the moment in cash or card in hand. I had to call the Police to get out. Their attitude changed when Police arrived and accepted the wife's credit card over the phone. Jerks the lot of them. Will park at the private lots from now on.
This place I garbage the coupon they emailed me the night before was not accepted for this location and when I asked for assistance the manager on the walkie talkie proceeded to use profanities. WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IT'S TRASH!!!! And this review eight went let u post unless u leave a star Such bs.
Garrett over at the Houston hobby goes way no above and beyond to help customers. It's obvious he loves to give good customer service. I asked him where I could leave a review for him that's how I found out to leave this for nsp instead of Houston hobby. So Houston Hobby's nsp division seems to be way better than the ones on the North side of town. Thanks Garrett for helping me and my family way more than your required.
I just had a terrible experience with this parking garage. I entered the garage on 4/26 and checked out on 4/30. The machine, calculated the wrong date for entry and ended up charging my card over $14000.00. I was told by the parking attendant that this has occurred before at this garage. This is completely unacceptable, and I would urge all customers who utilize this garage to park at your own risk and when leaving please monitor the charges on your card and the entry/leave date on your receipt.
