Left messages for 2 weeks straight regarding an eviction. It's been a over a month and I still have not been contacted for even a followup. Just do yourself a favor and don't bother. As usual, they don't care about the community they serve. Just there for a secure check

Me. Gail is very rude and not helpful at all, Then the Attorneys never returned any calls, This organization should be shut down.

I'm going to try then them more time, I had a appointment on a Friday. Looking to hire a lawyer or any kind of help was needed. The guy did not seem concerned, he gave me advice and sent me in my way. Told me to take another appointment. He seem in a rush to leave the office that Friday evening. If it is going to be like this I rather not waste me time and try someone else. I've never had to deal with hiring s lawyer so I don't know to much about it. I need advice on what I should do...

Dont waste your time if its something dealing with fighting the gvt dont waste your time always trying to discourage you from fighting..says one thing but does another...they dont care about you or your situation..if you ask me what are they here for...

I'm just not pleased.. the attorney I had was super confident when we became acquainted.. she told me that I am due all this backpay and my case was a slam dunk.. now she doesn't even update me on the case and there is an obvious conflict of interest with a third party to the case.. no investigations have been done or requests sent out for records.. and when I finally get her on the phone days after I've left messages, she's rude and abrasive and not very attentive to my legal needs, nor does she consider that her clients have been wronged in some way and may present themselves as a puddle of emotional frustration.. been dealing with her since December '18 and she has done nothing but sit there while I do all my own work gathering evidence for my own case! That's just crazy! And y'all want how much of % of MY earned judgement???? Lies!

Rachel was the best communication was great. This organization assisted me with a "long handle" divorce with minor children involved. I thought it would impossible to get a divorce especially when he was located in Honduras. I learned so much during the process. Thank you.

I arrived at 7am and was waiting until 830am for them to open. They opened at 812am. People flowed in and out of the place. The only decently friendly people were some of the people who needed services. Here's the problem. Even though I arrived very early I didn't get seen until 925am. When I was seen the people were very helpful. But these people need to change their culture. They need to smile more to each other. At the very least speak to the person that lets them in the door.

They've resolved quite a few issues for me involving my landlord.

I ve been calling and leaving messages on the voicemail of Rose Davis(?) for about 10 months. I call early in the morning, I call mid day, I call in the afternoon. No time seems to be a good time to get through. At this point I m begging them through voicemail for anyone to call me back. I m about to lose my home and my son in a divorce where my ex makes 7 times what I make and he s willing to do anything to win . I m not sure how these people help anyone with legal services if they are unwilling to answer their phones or return a phone call. It s unfortunate that this is the legal assistance available to south Louisiana residents. Please don t waste your time calling this place, they will never call you back.

I go there to receive help and I feel like I'm helping myself. Like he's just there to give me advice nothing more.

I wish this review was for something in regards with a case and me actually interacting but no. A very nasty receptionist took my call and made it nearly impossible to get connected with the correct attorney. There was a little noise in my background which she heard as she answered so I'm assuming thats what she caught an attitude about. I did however let her know I was changing rooms which is why I had choppy communication the first 3 seconds of our convo. in so many words after that apology she basically says what do i need? excuse me, i thought you offered help. Im confused at this point because Im not sure who im even speaking with. I tell her who sent me and why. She acts as if Im not giving enough info to be transferred, then when I get a little more specific she's repeating my words back to me in a confusing tone; again NOT HELPING. I simply explain now im confused because i have no clue who I am speaking with, I dont know what info you want from me or why Im giving it to you (even though i did & specifically stated a "employment dispute" each time after i told you why i called) because i have no clue who you are..while im speaking she cuts me off telling me to hold and wait and she sends my call (to the correct attorney because she knew the whole time she was just being difficult towards me for the duration of our call) I honeslty felt discouraged from speaking up on phone because of the unneeded aggressiveness in her tone the whole convo. ..Im sure she doesnt reflect what this company has to offer and I still may continue on with them (if im able to bypass her)

UPDATE:

When she sent my call, noone answered and I called back twice. The first time she sent my number straight to voicemail the time after that she let it ring. Im taking this so personal because I KNOW it is. Funny how I'm calling about an employment dispute with the same time of world. I know this game all too well. My out of town area code makes me sure of it being on purpose.

I called multiple times this morning. Every time I call a woman operator hangs up in my face as soon as i introduce myself. Very unprofessional.

Love the services, that is provided. I highly recommended friends and family to visit.
