This is a great place for a big event or business meetings.. Its really more awesome to be employed there.. I love it

This place really needs more and bigger bathroom facilities, had to walk a good distance to get to them, also the signage to rooms was confusing.

Plenty big for any convention, highly recommend taking Uber or Lyft as parking can be difficult and expensive

I went to the Bronner Brothers hair show. The event was awesome and New Orleans is a culture rich place to see. I stayed in the French quarters. There was a lot to do and see. I am definitely visiting again. Also the staff at the convention center as not only helpful but very pleasent in service and attitude.

Dusty and not memorable, with a strong 80s vibe, this convention center is actually either too big or inefficiently laid out so that the hallways are gigantic, travel distance between rooms is amusingly long and, as silly as it may sound, restrooms are few and far between for the number of people that can be accommodated in the space. Otherwise, there are typical amenities, good sound and video and a rather sad looking food court (once again severely undersized)

Large place. Thus extensive walking is required to move from one lecture to the next lecture with insufficient time to arrive at the start of the next lecture. Also, the ambient temperature of the facility is too cold; even a sweater is insufficient to stay warm.

Large, clean space. Attended a conference. So worth it.

International Venue for Any Event. High ceilings. Food. Bartenders. Taxis, buses. Shopping. Views.

Nice place. Big and it wasn t too cold especially since the weather outside was so muggy. We came for the Essence Festival, and it was a good choice since was close to our place. Only downfall was all the traffic due to construction. Roads were horrible

Attending the IFT conference here. There s construction going on in front of the conference center so be aware

This is great place for conventions, it's also huge.

This place is huge, prepare for a long walk. It is maintained really well and kept very clean. It's very close to lots of hotels and restaurants.

Was here for the 2017 NADA Conference. This place is huge so make sure you're wearing comfy shoes for whatever event you're here for. The only downside to this venue is the distinct lack of a recycling program. During our event, tens of thousands of bottles of water were consumed on-site and sadly not a single empty bottle found it's way to a place where it could be recycled.

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received from SWA on yesterday. We definitely should have gotten a text or email stating that we should arrive 4 hours early instead of 2 or 3. The staff was not empathetic. Missing our flight caused us to spend beyond our budget for transportation, dinner and lodging.If I could give ZERO stars, that would be the true rating.

Center was nice and so was the staff. Went for WWE Event.

Great spots for the skate sesh. Other than that I wouldn't even know.

The staff here is awesome! Everywhere I went I was greeted with a smile. If someone was cleaning the bathrooms, they would stop what they were doing and hand you paper towels after you washed your hands. My conference was over a weekend so it speaks volumes that the staff was that happy to work on a weekend. Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service! Like the other reviewers this place is gigantic so wear comfortable shoes.

Went for Essence. Needs more well trained security and staff. Overcrowded and not worth the experience. Will not attend another big event like that again. Animals escaping the zoo is how the experience felt.

The people working there are really Courtois but the bathrooms are so discussing!! The floor were sticky and they were missing toilet paper in like all the cabins! And there was a dead cockroach in one of them that stayed there all week

Imposing convention center on the banks of the Mississippi ..... very well located

It is a huge convention center. Very well organized. The staff is very friendly. It is close to the Mardi Gras World study. A perfect place for conferences and large group gatherings. I would recommend you bring your own water and snacks.

It was very crowded which was expected. There was a lot to see.

Maybe it was just an issue with the convention and not the center, but the center was so huge it was difficult to get from one talk to another on time

The venue is spacious and nicely accommodated the various vendors, speakers, and celebrity guests in different locations for the Essence Jazz Fest expos.

Not the best of the convention places I have been to. Hope the construction around it is complete and it will give it a better facelift

This is a huge convention center, it's very conveniently located.

Huge and very versatile place, no wonder why so many conferences and conventions take place in the Big Easy, you get a lot of steps from one end to the other

Nice venue for any event. We attended the Bronner Bros International Beauty show and wow! what a awesome show. Good food court to experience what NOLA is all about. Go ahead, enjoy this place.

Huge convention center and good for throwing a big convention... In house food options are over-priced, unhealthy and poor quality.

This convention center is truly huge! Due to it's longitudinal shape, when going from one room to the next, take up to 15 min walking time into consideration

A well-staffed and managed location to host any of your business non-for-profit or trade ideas conveniently close to any amenity you may need and an extensive opportunity of functionality

Essence Fest was seriously awesome. The convention center has everything laid out perfectly... all events were easy to find.

Attended a conference here in 2017. This place is huge and clearly meant for large trade shows and conferences. There is a large open area, but also classrooms that are great for training, speakers, etc.

We didn't have to park, but there seemed to be lots available in the area.

Big and beautiful place. Stayed here all my life and never been inside until now. I been on both sides, as a customer and as an employee. The best experience you'll ever had

The 3rd floor is not connected. To get between some conference rooms, descend to the 2nd floor, walk walk walk, and return to the 3rd floor. The cafes across the street are nice though! And it's within walking distance of cool New Orleans.

I'm attending the Essence Festival and I love this convention center, spacious and clean and there is ALWAYS a bathroom attendant cleaning, and keeping the bathrooms orderly with such a huge crowd. I'll be back next year!
