I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received from SWA on yesterday. We definitely should have gotten a text or email stating that we should arrive 4 hours early instead of 2 or 3. The staff was not empathetic. Missing our flight caused us to spend beyond our budget for transportation, dinner and lodging.If I could give ZERO stars, that would be the true rating.
