When searching for a home we were not having much luck with the initial realtor we were working with and had a very close deadline in finding a place. Not only did he break everything down to us in regards to buying a home but he was also efficient, friendly and thorough in helping us with our search. Our new home is just what we needed , the staff and company keeps in touch even after the property closes to make sure you have all the resources you need. Definitely recommend to everyone I know.

She listened to all of my very particular needs, wants, and must haves. She planned out our entire day to ensure we didn't miss anything we had to see. Super professional, understanding, and hard worker. She stayed up late and reviewed all our documents to ensure our best interest. Even after closing, she still follow up to ensure we're still loving our house, answers are many questions about random information we receive and even helped us through our refinance process. I definitely recommend her to all my friends, family, or people walking on the street.

I was already lied to by one realtor with a different company when she contacted me. She told me she would get her own inspector which she did not. She went behind my back and contacted the previous inspector who falsified the report for his friend the buyer. I had then had the county come in and inspect because they told me my home was hazardous. My roof was in good shape. There was no black mold under my home, and the only thing it really needs is siding and paint. I will never trust another realtor again after Sabrina Jackson (KW.) And my first Realtor who was thru Remax. Needless to say I did not sell my home thru either one.
House sold for less then we wanted, and all home repairs that were done by their recommendations was a complete nightmare. There is not enough room to list the whole experience on here. Also Prepare to do alot of the work yourself then pay the 3%.
I had a great experience with my buying process through Keller Williams Partners, The EG Group. They really pay attention to detail and listen to what you want and need in a home. Any questions you may have are answered in a timely manner. I have had my home for almost a year and it was the best life decision I have made.
Ryan & the Van Ornum Home Team.. did a terrific job.. found me the house of my dreams asap and with a great deal.. they also helped me with finding a lender who can work with self employed businesses. Oh yea I almost forgot they have a complete list of handy man and GC's. If your look to buy or sell or even invest The Van Ornum Home Team is the group of people you want to work with.
I was looking for a house/townhouse for months with a realtor that was getting me nowhere, I reached out to Dan Steinhour. He was sending me leads that were perfectly in my budget and fit my criteria, the first place he showed me was so perfect I bought it! He taught me the correct steps because of the market. He was there every step of the way, including when I got stressed out. He still checks in on me even after we have settled in. I would highly advise anyone looking for a Realtor that will WORK for you, Dan is the man.

Our realtor was so unprofessional she requested that we meet in the parking lot to pick up our loan docs! The broker had to get involved since she really didn't know what she was doing. An exciting experience turned into a nightmare!

This review isn't directed towards Keller Williams; it's directed towards one of the agents who is now partnered with Keller Williams. Pete Lobo is now working with them. He is a crooked agent who was out only for money, I would not recommend anyone going with him. He will harass and manipulate everyone who is involved with the home buying process. When he was orginally with Encore Properties he promised that he would help us break our lease with the apartment complex cause we qualified for that program. He gave his projected closing dates and told us to go ahead and let her apartment complex know; so that everyone was up to date and everything was on track. We ended up getting 4 different closing dates and almost had nowhere to live because of his arrogance and selfishness. If it wasn't for the loan officer and listing agent for the home, my family and I would've been homeless until we closed on our home. I would not recommend Keller Williams to keep Peter Lobo as an agent; especially if they want to continue getting good reviews.
Needless to say Pete Lobo ended up getting more money in closing then the others and did not keep his promise to help us break our lease. He is a crooked man who is only out for himself. The worst agent I have ever had to deal with in the home buying process.
