Cafeteria closed after 2...arrived late and hungry. Had to go walking to find food. You would think with a large convention they would keep serving food. Otherwise, place is well kept and staff is nice.

Great place for conventions, I guess. Give yourself a fortnight to get from one end to the other because that place is HUGE!

Was here for the NYX Mardi Gras ball. Food was subpar, service ok, and FREEZING inside.

So big, make sure you know which part you need to go too

Need roller skates to traverse this place. Knowing a convention was coming the food court could have been open for the many who came in early and were in the convention center.

Dated convention centre. Audio can be subpar in the auditorium

Large multipurpose convention center. Wear comfortable shoes.

The layout is very linear, meaning that a LOT of walking is involved to get from one session to another within a conference. I've been in much better laid-out convention centers. Also, coffee is very sparse - a single Starbucks towards one end, generally with a LONG line. Definitely execute your caffeine strategy before arriving.

New Orleans convention center is one of the most professional convention centers in this region. I likes the design, however, I did not parking area. It is very difficult to find your place in your first visit. Make sure to come earlier for your first visit. I liked the activities they introduced it and food court place where you will be able to find a good food.

This Convention center is so huge, its quarter a mile long with multiple ball rooms and meeting rooms.

Place is massive. Had a good conference here. Clean, was convenient from hotel

Wow it's a different world.
So many conferences going on simultaneously.
It takes mush time to roam and see the entire building.
Join some conferences and visit the hall..

Very well organized and well thought out. Had my master's graduation ceremony here and it went so smoothly. Many other events, including a huge doctors convention also happening at same time, but this venue is so huge that it never caused delays or any issues. Very clean and modern. Helpful friendly staff.

Great place to hold Conventions and Mardi Gras Balls.

Possibly the biggest convention center I've ever been to outside of Vegas. It's kept mostly clean but when you have so many ppl in one spot that's a challenge.

The education you receive in such limited time is phenomenal. I absolutely loved how Mr. Bronner made this an amazing experience not just for me, but my family as well.

Beautiful facility. I've worked two trade shows there and was so impressed with the place. However, it is a huge building. Takes almost 30 mins to walk from one end to another. I recommend that they consider installing moving sidewalks!

Awesome convention center. It lacks public transportation. You depend on the taxis.

This conference center is massive wear walking shoes. Also you might want to bring a sweater and dress in layers. There are really nice charging stations throughout the facility for your cell phone.

Very nice Convention Center!! Extremely large and I've met some very nice employee while here!! Nikki (Customer Service for the center) and others!! It's next to a Riverwalk mall type area and watching the river while eating was very pleasant!!!

The linear layout of the convention center makes navigating it long and tedious. Plan on walking miles each day to go from one session to another.

The layout is horrible and the food is less than exciting.

The hall is spacious and the central bathrooms make it a decent venue. Its not overwhelming just plain. Good for big conferences and small events.

We come here every year for the NOMTOC Ball and it is always very well put together and clean. The servers are always nice and keep the ice buckets full. Lovely place.

Went here for a comic con and the venue was pretty awesome. Needs better parking.

Was here for Essence Festival 2017. I was able to get in and out smoothly. Other than that, it's like any other convention center.

We were here for a conference which was great The convention place is huge. Make sure youve got comfy shoes for the trek! Washrooms were easy to find.

Wish food options had healthier options. Also wish there was a legit coffee place, but maybe we just didnt find it...it was a huge place and we got tired. Come with snacks I guess.

Clean venue. All bathrooms fully attended. During convention lots of options at food court during free time.

Clean, comfortable, staff friendly. The only drawback was the construction going on but didn't cause big problems.

We have been to this place several times for allstar cheer competitions. This place is massive. If you don't mind walking there is a Starbucks at the end that leads out to the Riverwalk. Lots of places to eat over there! Lots and lots of shopping!

We (me and the hubs) heard about a tattoo convention in New Orleans this weekend. We decided to make a day of it. Very clean restrooms. Food was great. Parking was readily available. Good experience.
