Very nice large facility for convention space in downtown New Orleans. Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. The food court inside was not so great. It did have a good Starbucks. Overall, it's a good location for a convention.

Excellent convention center, capable of hosting multiple large events at once. Wear good walking shoes, since the building is three very long stories.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I'll give New Orleans that this is a spacious, beautiful convention center. But the people staffing it can cause problems. I attended a conference here for an organization that, generally speaking, is full of forward-thinking individuals. We expect there to be easy-to-access non-gendered restrooms - and those were provided. But then convention center staff blocked those restrooms and would only allow certain people in.

The place is aged and dirty. The restrooms not kept tidy. Attended an convention that they knew how many people were attending and hundreds of people did not get fed lunch as they ran out. Huge disappointment. Never go back.

Fantastic conference space. Although the Starbucks line ......insane. I really appreciated the gender neutral bathrooms saving long lines between sessions of the conference. It's definitely big so wear your walking shoes. And the R rooms are hard to find.
The location to the French Quarter is walkable and the outlet shops next door keep you busy.

I guess it was nice when they built it. Now it looks old and not well taken care of. Moreover, the linear arrangement along the shore makes the different rooms to be very distant from one another. Very bad if you have 20k people (AGU 2017)

Oldish style, but overall a well-maintained convention center. Gender neutral bathrooms were cool. But what takes the rating down to three is the lack of food/coffee for early convention goers. Nothing is really open early (before first session). And afterwards, I waited over an hour for Starbucks. If you have a convention here, plan to eat and get your coffee elsewhere.

Very large convention center, so wear your walking shoes and wear layers. Chilly when in meetings but Work up a sweat getting to your meeting!

Meals were included in mine, food was served cold, and breakfast undercooked so not impressed. A large number of bathrooms so rare line for facilities that were kept clean.

Few chairs available in lobby area for as large as facility is if you need to make a call and access paperwork.

Countless water fountains did not work. One meal I asked if I could get a glass of water after drinking the one on the table and was told there is only hot water and was pointed to the coffee table. So pack a water bottle or two for the day!

Went here for Microsoft WPC 2009, it's MASSIVE, AND I loved the whole endeavour. Being trumpeted to a washroom break was extra cool. Crudites were very Cajun and super special. Attention to detail on blast. I GUARANTEE!

The Convention Center accommodated our group quite well and helped us to feel safe and comfortable even in the midst of uncertainty. The staff was friendly and amenable. Look forward to coming back when the construction is completed.

Nice for large conventions and congresses, friendly staff and also a lot of nice lunch possibilities around the corner, the only minus, it is so huge, you can walk for kilometers through the building.

Finish the construction that had plagued the convention center for 2 years and is worse every few months. So unprofessional and inconvenient it makes me want to avoid any and all conventions in New Orleans.
