I have been with New England Dental for over 10 yrs. I was in the military and they have always helped get me up to par whenever i needed to deploy and when i was not deploying. They work with you whether you have insurance or not. They also have great hours and the most pleasant staff that make you feel right at home. I would not go to any other dentist unless it was absolutely necessary.

Every visit I make to New England Dental Center it is always a pleasant one. The staff is very professional and couteous. Every step of the visit is carefully explained to you, so that there is no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

DIRTY, LONG WAIT TIMES, RUDE MANAGER AND RECEPTIONISTS, AND INCOMPETENT STAFF. No ethics or integrity. Major billing problems. Do yourself a favor...FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE.

My first dental exam and cleaning in a loooonnnng time (over ten years). Turns out, the staff at New England Dental Center helped to alliviate my apprehension and made the experience almost enjoyable ! My hygienist, Susan was fantastic. She took the time to explain the various procedures she was applying to me and took the time to explain my X-rays and what they meant. Dr. Rosenberg was just as wonderful and took some time to discuss my dental health in a kind and assuring manner. I would rate this place 5-stars, but I believe a billing issue cost them one. Regardless, a very rewarding and illuminating experience at New England Dental Center in Windsor, CT. Thanks to all there !

Dr. Koh and his trusted assistant are the most pleasant and knowledgeable team I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. On the 1 to 10 scale they get a hands down 10. I referred a co worker and he too is pleased with Dr. Koh. Very personable team thank you.

Unfortunately I have to give NE Dental a poor rating. Had a crown put on a tooth that my new dentist showed me had an Abscess underneath. you do not put crowns on those!!! Overall, yeah the staff is nice but the dental work is sub-par or just plain bad. I've had issues with other work but I think you get the idea.

The dental hygienist was thorough, friendly, and great to work with. The dentist was likewise friendly, but he was overzealous in his assessment of my teeth to a shocking degree. He recommended 8 crowns in the near future, which would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. I went to two additional dentists for second opinions, and both agreed that this was absurd and unnecessary. I would be cautious if you go here and feel like you are being pressured into procedures you might not need.

As a new patient they were able to accomodate for a cleaning an immediately they performed a root canal, which didn't bother me much, thanks to Dr. Furman....they all work great and give payment plans that are convenient for you...

I too had comfort issues with Dentists due to some bad experiences during my childhood. Dr. Feldberg and his staff have allowed me to be much more relaxed during my visits. I have been attended to by numerous Dentists in this practice over the years for various short notice issues and have been treated promptly and professionally. Once I had lost a very old and large filling. After fixing me up at 9 PM the Doc gave me his cell number and said if I was in a lot of pain when the Novocaine wore off to call him and and we would come back in that night and start a Root Canal. As a Business Owner I understand the need to get paid for services.

Having dental work is always a terrifying thing for me - Dr Feldberg and the amazing dentists and outstanding staff took such good care of me!! When you have a staff as dedicated as Dr Feldberg has at New England Dental Center of course you come back time and again and recommend them to family and friends! I travel from New Haven County so a long ride but well worth having the BEST team support and guide you. I highly recommend you make an appointment with them ASAP!! Thank you Dr Feldberg, dentists, oral surgeons and staff!!

I kid you not they have some of the best doctors in Connecticut. New England dental has blessed not only myself but my seven year old daughter. And I have state insurance and the work they have performed by far had been the best dentist I ve ever went to. With all my heart I trust doctor Philip with ever ounce in my soul with anything he do.

I went to New England Dental Center in Windsor for the first time for a cleaning. It was such a pleasant experience. I met a dentist, Dr. Furman, for the check-up after the cleaning, and was very surprised when he stood in front of me (while I was in the dental chair) and chatted about my teeth and asked questions about me! I would definitely recommend New England Dental Center to anyone looking for a new dentist. Everyone at the front desk to the dentist was smiling...a very pleasant experience indeed.

Two weeks ago, I went to NE Dental Center to have a broken tooth extracted. Frank Kuzmin DMD and his attendant were knowledgable, compassionate and attentive. I was given just the right amount of Novocain to remain comfortable throughout the process. I am very grateful.

After being with my former dentist/ practice for 10 yrs , I was a bit concerned about starting up with a new dental office . After my first visit those concerns were put to rest. Today s visit confirmed, I made a good choice.

I went in to have 3 teeth removed and came out not feeling a thing, or remembering a thing (which, i imagine, you want if your teeth are being cut out of your head). It was fast and simple (for me, but I doubt the same for the doctor and his assistant) and ultimately, an easy experience.

EVERYBODY at this place is fantastic. I never thought I would ever actually look forward to going to the dentist, but since I've been coming here, its been an enjoyable experience every time. Dr. Furman did some great work on me, and my hygienist Lisa is super personable, makes me feel comfortable, and does an excellent job every time. The front counter staff is incredible helpful and accommodating, which really sets the tone for the whole experience. I recommend anyone looking for a new dentist give these guys a shot!

I've been seeing Dr Furman for years at NED. He is the kind of doctor you bring your family to when they have any dental problems because you know they will be taken care of. I've had several root canals by Dr Furman and none have had any problems (knock on wood) going on 10 years now. The office is 40 minutes away from me but the drive is worth it. Highly recommended.

This place is the most unprofessional, unethical business I've ever had anything to do with.My teeth are ruined thanks to this place! I chose them for the late hours but that was the only thing good about them. I went in for a filling and they insisted I should do the root canal because the filling may not last. I asked for the filling but again they said I needed the root canal. I agreed to have it done. During the process I got custody of my daughter and her go for a few fillings. I informed them I ran into some temporary financial difficulty as I wasn't getting child support but would make arrangements to pay. hey refused to finish the root canal until they were paid! My teeth began to shift and I'm left with a mess. I've always taken care of my teeth and God only knows what this will now cost to fix. Also my daughter went back for a cleaning and the new dentist said he wanted her to come back and have all the fillings redone as they weren't to his expectations. Are you kidding me!!!!??!!! This place is a joke and I'm pursuing legal action against them.

I've always been satisfied with the level of treatment consideration and professionalism I've received in New England dental center. Today however I had a very rare, yet profoundly pleasant experience as I was leaving the dental office. A gentleman pulled up next to me as he exited the parking lot and casually asked how was experience at the office today? I casually responded that my visit was just fine and asked why he was inquiring this of me? He went on to explain that he was Doctor Feldberg and he had started the practice. We conversed for a brief few minutes some time talking about dental health and the remainder sharing a few personal stories about one another. The connection between doctors and patients and business operators and their consumers on a personal level is a fleeting if not already extinct phenomenon... It was such a pleasure, I can confidently recommend New England Dental Center to anyone looking for first class service and professionalism!

They never even greeted me. Then once I was brought into the dentist they start bombarding me trying to tell me I have to take X-rays and then some man came in. Didn't introduce himself, immedietly started digging in my mouth, and then looked at me and said I don't see anything here with as much attitude as possible. Definitely won't be back and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone in the future. That man should be stripped of his licensing.

Let me start by saying that I am a frequent flyer in the dentist chair (cavities, crowns, implant, you name it, I've had all of it), so I have seen quite a few professionals and am able to compare the service.
I have been a customer for close to a year and have had a little bit of work done: cleanings, cavities treatment and lately I had my lingual bar retainer recemented.
Both dental assistants I've had were great: they did a great job, no pain whatsoever, and considering that both my gums and teeth are extremely sensitive it is pretty impressive.
The dentist that treated my cavities has been very good at managing my pain and the treated teeth have been doing great so far.
As for their orthodentist, I will emphasize the fact that when he recemented my retainer, he was very attentive to my comfort and made sure that after his treatment I did not feel any discomfort from the retainer anymore.
Finally, the center is open until late everyday, which is great when you want to have an apointment after work hours.

My wife and I have been patients of New England Dental Center for about 35 years; our son has been a patient since he was old enough to have teeth. Over the years, we have had just about everything: routine cleanings, fillings, reconstructive surgery, pediatric care, orthodontia, crowns, root canals, periodontal surgery, the occasional dental emergency the works. WITHOUT EXCEPTION over all those years, the doctors, hygienists, and staff have been exceedingly capable, professional, pleasant, and responsive. When insurance did not fully cover a procedure, the practice was willing to make helpful financial arrangements. I am happy to recommend New England Dental Center without reservation.

My husband and I have been patients at New England Dental since 1977. That in itself should tell you how happy and pleased we have been with the experience. I came to NED deathly afraid of the dentist. It was so bad that I could not even take our young sons to the dentist, my husband had to do it. Gradually I started to trust Dr. Feldberg and the rest is history. My whole family including my mom and grandmother also went to NED. Over the years they have become family. The entire staff is the best I've ever dealt with. They accommodate our families crazy schedule and my son who's been living in Boston, still comes to NED when he needs anything done to his teeth. Not only does Dr. Feldberg fill your dental needs but he's one of the most compassionate and passionate person I've known. As a teacher, we get into deep discussions about education while we're waiting for my novocaine to take affect. He knows everyone's families and will go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Dr. Furman has also worked on my family and we feel the same way about him. He's always smiling and is always willing to help whenever need be. In closing, the one word that I would to use to describe NED is "FAMILY". That's how we feel when we walk into the office.

I have been a patient at New England Dental Center for two years and have had multiple procedures performed. The staff is always attentive, kind, and respectful of personal disabilities. I just got an appointment for a root canal and staff spent considerable time connecting me with a credit agency that would cover the full cost with no interest. As a senior on fixed income this was a true blessing. Highly recommend!

My children have been coming to this office since they were able to see a dentist. 11 years now with no problems until today. The hygienist are great the dentist was amazing until we had to meet with the orthodontist. He came into the room mumbling told my daughter to open her mouth, then looked at her x rays, again mumbled insurance will never pay for this and walked out. He never introduced himself, never talked to me. Nothing. Worst experience of my life. We left the practice and will never return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Furman for many years. All his work on my teeth has stood the test of time--and use. Fear not to ask about a procedure--he will explain.

Dr.Feldberg and Dr.Goldman are very rare people in the medical field today. I'm a quadriplegic, and a 100% service-connected veteran. I have had very serious dental issues, starting in 2005. After 9 long years of no smiles and anguish over my dental health, Dr.Feldberg picked up my dental records and fitted me for removable dentures. He managed a complicated procedure at my home as well as his office. He cares about people and does it through his work. I couldn't have been happier!

I generally am not a fan of getting in the dentist's chair (who is), especially for a crown! This particular experience was with Dr. Sally Rosenberg and her assistant Denise, cant praise them highly enough. The experience during the procedure was fast, simple and painless. My amazement came the day after when I could not even feel that anything was ever done, temp crown was perfect! I've seen many dentists at this location and have been impressed with all, the support staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend New England Dental Center.

The hygienist that I had was very delicate when cleaning and a friendly personality. I like this place as it has evening hours and Saturday appointments to fit into one's busy lifestyle.

I came in as an emergency patient and this place was amazing! The customer service was great and the doctor was very friendly and his skillset was profound.

I chipped my two front teeth and I was heartbroken. I had previously broken one of my front teeth and the filling my original dentist did was okay so I was already pretty self conscious about my front teeth. They got me in immediately on a Saturday(which is pretty awesome that they re open). I was in tears and everyone was so compassionate. Now my teeth looked like my teeth again before the first chip. You can t tell I had any work done on them they re just that good. Even after he was done filling it in he asked my opinion. I feel like I can smile again and I m so grateful. You can tell they really care about people and their patients.

The people here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The dentists and dental hygienists are very professional and friendly as well. They put you at ease and are great with answering any questions.

I have been a patient of dr. Fuhrman's for over 25 years. NE DC I would highly recommend to anyone for there Dental Care needs.

I had just arrived in Connecticut for vacation and, while eating an almond, I broke a tooth. I was panicked that I would be uncomfortable all week, putting a damper on my entire time in the New England area. I quickly looked for dentists near me and came across The New England Dental Center which had good reviews. I called them and they were able to get me into the office within 30 minutes!
Dr Phillips was very caring and explained everything he needed to do. He did an excellent repair to my tooth while the staff worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled in conjunction with my coverage. Thanks to their quick response I was able to enjoy my vacation with no tooth problems! I highly recommend them for their excellent service.

I started taking my kids to New England Dental around 2011 when we lived in Coventry. What a wonderful place for children to have their first dental experience. My children actually LOVE going to the dentist. My 7 year old daughter has special needs. She has a condition that results in frequent dislocations, including her jaw. In 2013 we moved from Coventry to Woodstock and due to distance I had to find another dentist for my kids. This was difficult as many wouldn't even give us an appointment due to her condition. After several unsatisfactory visits with other dentists I bit the bullet and decided to go back to New England Dental even though it's an hour away. It was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Furman has been in contact with my daughters physicians to make sure we are providing all necessary treatments and Dr. Feldberg stepped in at our last appointment when, during a procedure she began to experience anxiety and he worked his magic. She left all smiles and said "Dr. Feldberg loves me". Carole the hygienist (with her special glasses) helps both my kids feel comfortable and at ease. It is wonderful to know that such a team of caring professionals exist to keep my kids teeth healthy! I'd drive TWO hours if I had to.

I will say two positive things: the dentist I saw was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my filling. But there were a good handful of negatives.

First of all, for a practice that touts itself as being geared towards, dental phobic patients, the dentist I saw showed little compassion. I was already nervous going in, but the way he explained to me my problem make my anxiety much worse. He spoke with a monotone and didn't bother asking if I was okay until I started hyperventilating, despite the fact that I had mentioned that I was nervous.

I had such a panic attack that I was offered free nitrous oxide. I was a little offended because I felt like my concerns weren't being listened to and they just wanted to sedate me so that they could get the procedure done and the next patient in the chair. I said okay, but I only need it for the novacane injection. I was administered a mild dose, just enough to calm me down.

Towards the end of the procedure, he noticed that the nitrous tank was empty and asked his assistant to switch to a new one. I said that I didn't need it, but he turned it on anyway, and the dosage was so incredibly intense that completely lost touch with reality and couldnt form the words to ask him to turn it down and it made me extremely uncomfortable that I was not listened to in the first place.

Furthermore, the billing department made a couple errors. They tried billing me for the nitrous weeks after the fact. I also found the filling to be rather overpriced... a whopping 400$ without the nitrous.

A few weeks later, I visited a different dentist in a different state to get a few more fillings taken care of. She was very kind, empathetic, as well as knowledgeable, said it was okay to be scared when I started getting a little teary, and the hygienist held my hand while I was getting the injection. No nitrous needed! I saw her a second time for more work, and for the first time in my life was able to get an injection done without any crying or anxiety. Oh. And she charged a fraction of the price.

So if you've been putting off dental work because you're afraid, or you simply don't want to get ripped off, I don't recommend this place either way. I recommend finding a reputable family practice.

As always the staff was wonderful , extremely helpful and they are all so warm and welcoming which is hard to find but even harder to maintain and as long as we have been coming the staff makes us all feel like we are part of their family.
The Doctors are also very caring in dealing with me acting like a baby when it comes to needles and such. We couldn t recommend them high enough

I have been using their services for few months now. These guys are just amazing. I would like to specially thank Dr. Sally Rosenberg . I had to get a somewhat complicated procedure done for my front teeth. She figured out the best solution and implemented with perfection. The front desk staff is very friendly . They also are great with explaining the billing arrangement and followup with the Insurance co. Overall my experience has been really good. I would definitely recommend anyone to use their services.

Children have been patients for many years. youngest son had wisdom teeth removed day before, wasn't too happy with the wait , Esp. in the late evening. However, once he was called he was in & out. Ellis's jubilant personality helped with yesterday's experience. I would recommend them.

It is very rare to find a business, albeit even one in the care of patients, who shows such high regard and personal caring FOR their patients.
We contacted New England Dental Center with serious dental / oral issues that my Vietnam Veteran Husband has. From our first phone inquiry, to our subsequent visits and every interaction, including additional phone calls and emails, we have been treated as if we were the most valued patients possible.

Every employee was so congenial, and pleasant to be with. Immediately upon walking in, we felt so very welcomed. When we met Mrs. Feldberg, she welcomed us to their house , and that is exactly what is felt like; that we were guests of honor, not just simply a client number.
Dr. Rosenberg saw my husband the morning after my first call. Pleasant and skilled, we had no doubt that she was as invested in my husband s treatment plan as if he were one of her family. The same can be said for Dr. Phillip Feldberg, who is listed on the website as Dentist / President / Owner. His role-modeling in how patient care could be / should be trickles down throughout the entire staff we have had contact with. The personal interest that Dr. Feldberg has taken in striving to get my husband quality appropriate care not only has been outstanding, but really uplifting.
Everything about New England Dental Center has been very professional, and entirely welcoming.

I love my dentist! I saw Dr. Leo Kharin after a fall that caused me some traumatic injury. He saw me immediately and has been helpful, thorough, and PAINLESS! I've never required serious dental work before, however, I am now the proud owner of two crowns, a composite, and a veneer. Dr. Kharin explained everything clearly, was patient, understanding (especially of someone who has never had this kind of work), and has considerately followed up with me regarding my healing, any problems (none), and follow-up and care for my new teeth. If you already have a dentist, you're lucky...but if you have ever felt a need for a change I highly recommend Dr. Kharin and the Staff at New England Dental Center. They have been nothing but EXCELLENT! Thank you, Dr. Kharin and everyone at your office!

So many conflicting feelings about this place.

I've been coming here since I was I was in high school. They know me, know my teeth, and have great hours (early mornings, later hours, and open on Saturdays). Their dental hygienists are usually very nice and my dentist has forgotten about the time I accidentally bit him when he was trying to take dental impressions. But, unfortunately, that's where the nice things end.

No matter how early or on time I am, I am always left waiting to be seen by a dental hygienist or waiting for them to return to my room after being seated in the chair (wait time I usually experience is about 20-30 minutes, no matter what time I arrive). On one occasion, I arrived for two fillings, which of course didn't start on time. Towards the second half of the appointment, Dentist realizes that he's running out of time (before another appointment?) and rushes to complete the second filling, in half the time that it took to do first one. So either he did a rush job on my second tooth or I could have been out of there sooner...

And their scheduling... With the exception of my 6 month appointments, every other scheduling experience is hit or miss. We agree on a date/time - they call and tell me that an earlier date/time is available - I call back for that earlier slot - they call back later and tell me that actually the slot is not available - I end up with my original date/time.

Billing - on a couple occasions, I've been told that I owed an additional fee, which I was not aware of, or that they overcharged me last time, so that I don't owe as much this time. I hope they improve this, soon.

Just when I wanted to give up on my semiannual teeth cleanings my Faith was restored by Kristin. I was very happy with another hygienist but she wasn t available but low and behold Kristin did an amazing job. When I left I knew I had a professional cleaning done. Last time I left feel like I could have done that but better. Thank you Kristin.

We have 4 children that go to this practice. 2 of our kids had/have braces and we have great service with both the braces and the routine services of this practice. I would highly recommend this practice to any of my friends for their families. From the time that we walk until the time we walk out the door, the friendly faces there make us feel very at home. The reception staff are great along with the dental assistants and Dentist. Great job and thank for all that you do for us.

I am writing this review to hopefully spare another potential patient of this Dental Practice the headache(s).
I chose New England Dental Center in Windsor knowing it s been around for many many years. Mistake #1.
The dental office itself is very dated. Old and ugly carpet greets you as soon as you walk in. I wonder when was the last time they had their carpet cleaned. Next thing you ll notice is the equipment. It s very outdated and old. The X-Ray machines are from the early 1900 s and are uncomfortable to use. Nothing about this place has a sterile feel to it, at all.
I wanted to use New England Dental Center in Windsor s services because I needed to get an implant done. Mistake#2. I should have known something was shaky with them when after my tooth extraction I had moldings made in order to get a temporary tooth put in while everything healed. I got a call the day before my appointment to pick up my temporary tooth saying that my moldings were LOST and they needed me to come back in and get new moldings made. Although frustrated, I agreed to go in and get new moldings made. Do you know they lost my second set of molding as well? Dr. Matthews himself personally called me apologizing for the mistake and asked if I could once again come in and get a THIRD set of new moldings made. After the 3rd try, I finally got my temporary tooth.
I go back for a follow-up appointment, thinking I am meeting with Dr. Matthews again. Only to be greeted by a new dentist who I d never seen. After asking about Dr. Matthews s whereabouts I was told Oh, Dr. Matthews is no longer with us. No one told you? Mistake#3.
The last straw was yesterday, when I decided as I walked out of New England Dental Center that I would never step foot back in that place. I had an appointment with the oral surgeon. I waited for TWO and A HALF Hours for them to apologize to me saying they are sorry the surgery can t be done because they don t have the right equipment. After they lied to me initially and told me the correct piece that was needed was not in the Windsor office. But assured me, it was being delivered from their other facility (Hence the wait.) I just can t understand why wouldn t someone ensure the correct tools were in-stock prior to them having their patient come in prepared for oral surgery? Not wait until the minute of the appointment and start scrambling to find things. New England Dental Center will never waste my time again.
It s a shame because the lady who does the teeth cleaning is a doll. She s the best thing they have going for them there. They really need to shape up, or close its doors because this is no way to do business. Too many mistakes. Too many incompetency s. I DO NOT recommend New England Dental Center in Windsor, CT. If you can avoid it, don t spend your money here. OH! And I'm pretty sure someone reading this that is either currently a patient here, or has used them in the past. Can relate to some of my points/disappointments I ve mentioned here in this review. Thanks for listening!

I have been using New England Dental for 9 years, 5 of which have me living in northern Rhode Island.
While some may think I am nuts to drive over an hour and a half to see a dentist, others probably realize that whenever one can find a dentist they trust, distance is not a factor.

I have had some serious work done by the professional staff of New England Dental including a procedure where I had to have the roots of ALL my teeth addressed. 'Scraped' I believe is the term. Once I got over the anticipation, thanks to the reassurance of the staff at New England Dental, I honestly had very little pain--during AND after the procedure was completed.

From cleanings to fillings, root canals and more, Dr. Feldberg and the entire staff at New England Dental have been caring professionals and this includes the billing department who has worked with me as I don't have dental insurance.

Should you be one who cringes when the term 'Dentist' is used, know that New England Dental genuinely cares about your comfort while working to insure you have good oral health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Furman for over 20 years. I first came as a emergency patience and have been with them since then. They have great hours for working people. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always put the patient first. If there is a problem with your teeth they get you in that day. Not one or two days later. Best dentist for me.They do all that they can to save your teeth. Great surgeons and Hygienist's all in the same office.

I m so happy to meet the best staff ever,I was there today to take a wisdom tooth out,the Doctor was so patient and so gentle all the time and the nurse she was so sweet,she stayed next to me the whole time.I didn t feel any pain at all.I recommend this clinic to everyone who needs to see a Dentist,Thank you New England Dental ,Thank you Dr Nazeeh,thank you everyone who was there today.

This past weekend we were in Connecticut for a family affair, when my husband broke a tooth. We were staying at a nearby hotel and New England Dental Center was literally down the hill. We walked into New England Dental Center, explained our situation, we were told they could help us. The staff and the doctors are all top notch. If I still lived in Connecticut they would be the practice I would go to.
