The service was terrible and it was the worst experience I ever had. I had problem with my laptop monitor and I brought it in to this store. The place is a little shady and the owner can't speak proper English. At first I explained my situation and he said he will have to take it apart to see the problem and didn't give me clear explanation of what he will do on my computer nor repair costs. He never call me back for update and I always had to call in except the first time he called me to tell me that the computer has problem with screen and might be a cable problem. (Which I told him when I first came into the store) I kept calling him for more updates and he kept claiming the vendor not sending him the correct part for the laptop. I waited a month and a half to know that he was still waiting for the part. So I told him that I can't pay for the service that I am obviously not getting. He finally gave in and differed me a ten dollars discount and told me that if I wanted he will fix it if I gave him another week. I told him that his offer is satisfying and if he didn't fix it by that time I will cone into the store and take my computer. I went into the store after a week without expecting too much and it wasn't surprising at all. He brought out my computer and it was all taken apart and it wasn't assembled and he told me that he didn't have enough time. However my laptop was full of dust and it was clear that he didn't touch a single thing. He said I had to sign something before I leave and he gave me a paper saying that my order was CANCELED. I knew this was coming but it was very disappointing. He isn't professional at all and his service is one of the worst experience I ever had. His explanation of being delayed a month and a half is that it was hard to take my laptop apart.
