I have been seeing Dr. Berenson for a couple years now for chronic migraines. I m so thankful to have a knowledgeable headache specialist in my area. He and his staff are wonderful. I don t have insurance and they have helped me find affordable ways to try new medications. I bring my children along to my appointments and they are kind and welcoming to all four of them. They are well organized and have always responded to messages in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice to anyone suffering from migraines.

Dr. Flamini has been my daughter's neurologist for many years to help treat her seizures, and I couldn't be happier. Every time I need to come in everything is effortless from reception with Rose who is so helpful and friendly to billing which you can take care of on their very user-friendly website.

I usually don't have to wait more than five to ten minutes, and scheduling appointments are easy. I enjoy my visits to Panda Neurology for the relief they provide for her seizures, willingness to try alternative methods, and their welcoming office atmosphere.

Rachel Schwartz PA - C was wonderful! She was so thorough and gave me her full attention. I felt heard and not rushed. She came to sit next to me (as opposed to across the room and in front of a computer screen) when she discussed her assessment and go over my possible treatment plans. I felt well informed and she made every effort to ensure I understood and had no questions. I look forward to seeing her again in a month for a follow up and I am extremely hopeful that the treatments will help with my chronic migraines! I fully recommend!

Unable to get anyone to call me back to schedule an appointment. Left 4 messages and never received a call back. If you want to be able to schedule an appointment I suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible office staff and providers. My daughter had an appt. just for a prescription refill and was turned away from being seen because her provider left the office BEFORE the "grace period" was up. No other provider that was still currently in the office would see her because they were closing at 12pm and had "somewhere to be." The lady checking us in seemed very unapologetic and showed no concern. This is definitely not an office that I would entrust the care of my daughter with ever again.

I have been seeing Dr. Berenson for a few years now, and he and his staff completely changed my life. They were able to get me to a much more manageable normal, and when my young daughter started having migraines as well there was no one else I would have trusted her with. The staff is just so nice and friendly, and you can tell that Dr. Berenson genuinely cares.

The PA we saw was wonderful. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the staff to back her... especially in her billing department! Was actually hung up on today while asking questions about an attorney lien I signed and bills im receiving! Sadly, I canceled further appts and found a new neurologist with both great Dr's and staff.

He was my first neurologist. I started having Cronic migraines. He did not even attempt to solve the mystery of why I have them...he just immediately started ordering nerve block shots and eventually Botox Shots. I had a letter from my insurance stating they would "cover" the shots and asked 2 different doctors if this meant I would owe anything and was assured I wouldn't. I told them I didn't have $1500 to "try" this medicine and was told it took a few times to even work. But then got a $1500 bill for one shot. When I called they said "covering it doesn't mean they'll pay for it". Even though I repeatedly asked before the shot. If you just want a prescription then he's fine. If you want anything more I suggest you go somewhere else. Most important ask for cost predictions in writing and ask for a bill every time you come in. I came in over and over paying my co-pay and didn't realize my insurance wasn't paying for office visits anymore.. charging me $150 out of pocket. They never told me until multiple visits had stacked up to a huge bill! Not their fault what the insurance companies did the last few years...but ethically very wrong to let a patience come over and over and not mention the balance or the change in insurance practices.

We've been going to PANDA for my son's seizures for over two years now. I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff for the time and care they've given us over the years. My son is a very complicated case, and the staff at PANDA have had to coordinate with insurance, pharmaceutical companies, and other physicians on our behalf. While there have been the occasional hiccup, the staff have always been responsive in getting these issues sorted out, going above and beyond to ensure that we get what we need. Madeleine the EEG tech and Gigi at the desk in particular have just been fantastic to work with!

I am not sure why these reviews are so night and day. We have a daughter who has seizures. Panda Neurology has been great, we have gone in for a EEG, the staff was VERY friendly and made my (at the time of this review) 8 year old daughter feel very comfortable. We have also had to call, it usually takes a day or two to get a call back, and they stop listening to messages after two (again at the time of this review). You do have to listen to the answering machine, it give you instructions on how to leave a message. Our doctor, Dr. Flamini has been nothing but kind, and has fought with our insurance to get a very expensive drug approved. I would highly recommend Panda Neurology and am glad our child's doctor did.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Have called all week and gotten no response from them. Finally had to go CHOA yesterday to get some relief and magically they call me back today. Got an appointment and sat in 45 minutes of traffic just to get there and be told that I had to reschedule my appointment. If you want someone who cares about you or your child, do not go here.

My daughter's pediatrician recommended this office...

My daughter's pediatrician recommended this office to us for her migraines and we have been coming here for over a year. They have the worst office staff I've ever experienced. They never answer phones and takes forever to get a call back if a message was left. The receptionist working the front desk is rude and extremely slow. After last visit, we will be finding another doctor to continue her care. We were stuck in traffic, I tried calling without getting an answer. When we got there we were 12 minutes late, but because the receptionist took her time checking out the family before us (over 5 minutes) we were past their 15 minute grace period and the provider refused to see us. We live 56 miles south of this office and I have to pull my kids out of school early for every appointment to get here on time, but as long as the doctors get to leave on time that's all that matters here! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with the staff here. Find another provider!

While at the office the staff was great. Unfortunately my daughter had a EEG two weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from staff after leaving 4 messages on 4 different days. I was told I would have these results within 5 business days. It has been well over that. Even if the results are not completed a courtesy phone call would be nice.

Kathy Brown is absolutely amazing, but the lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude. I love Kathy Brown, but I hate dealing with the receptionist. I already struggle with making phone calls; I don t need someone who is uncooperative, short, and ill-mannered. I would consider coming back if it was easier to schedule appointments, but for now I am going to find a different neurologist.

Staff who conducted tests were good. Doctor would not call me back to explain one question. The lack of communication and frustration with having to leave messages (never will get a human) and then playing phone tag was terrible. Most professional doctors have a portal so you don t have these inefficiencies. In summary, try someone else.

Dr. Flamini and staff went out of their way for my son with unexplained chronic pain. After one visit we are on our way in getting a diagnosis - found the problem area. So happy that my pediatrician recommended this office. Thank you and looking forward to working with you!
