the entire place has become worse in the last few months. the barbers are honestly just plain bad, and are only in this for a quick buck. do not go here if you want to maintain a social life.

Great experience with Dev , nice friendly guy with great knowledge of hair colour and will give you good guidance for your hair. Loved the experience will continue coming to him :)

Have been a customer here for the last almost 2 years. Very neat and clean facility, staff is very courteous and the prices viz a viz the location and service quality are good. Shyam is an extremely superb hair dresser in Neu Salon .. I have been getting all my hair works with him since 2 years and must say that he has a good hand and does a very decent job . He has skills and he knows what to apply on different categories of hair . Thanks to the Salon for giving us the service clarity and most important - The Satisfaction !!

Overpricy, don t go for stylish. Doesn t make any difference apart from price. They don t help you at all. All they you to buy the products which is in the parlour.
Better to avoid this place.

I visit NEU Salonz mainly to get my haircut by hair stylist Brij . He has been taking care of my hair since last 4 yrs amazingly .

Extremely bad experience. Went for a haircut and the stylist named Irfan aka Ahmed identified himself as a senior stylist and also boasted about being the Top 10 stylist in Gurgaon in LBB(I doubt) I had pretty long waist length hair and wanted a same length bob. I even showed him a reference picture. He gave me the worst angled bob. There was no angle to it. He cut my hair so uneven. The sides were long and a solid chunk missing from the back. An angled bob should look even from all sides. Also asked for payment on his personal paytm but couldn t get it because he had exceeded his limit. The receptionist was also ok with my sending money directly to his paytm and was looking at me with certain apprehension. Only got to know why after I washed my hair at home. I went there on a Monday so the place was pretty empty and no other senior staff was present. These people are looting customers and giving them ped ke niche nai wala haircuts. I bet that stylist was lying when he said my name is Irfan but in LBB Top Ten I am mentioned as Ahmed. The receptionist wasn t helpful either. Never going there again! And the management should keep a check on both their receptionist and the junior staff experimenting on people s hair and then asking for payments on their personal paytms.

I got my smoothing done from this Salon after visiting many places. Hair is something that you can t take a risk with. I was put at ease by Dev who ended up doing a perfect job. My hair have never looked better. Smooth and shiny. He took lots of care during the process to ensure that there is no damage. Highly recommended for any chemical treatment that you want to get done.

Am not the one who writes reviews online but this for a professional who is very good at his work and also equally persistent to get feedback. Walked into Neu a couple of months ago looking for a haircut and I met Shyam. Not only is he a great hair stylist but also balances it with his knowledge of hair nourishment. Healthy hair styles better - of course everyone says that but how many stylists can actually walk the talk? Shyam does! Shyam asks questions, gives advice and makes you comfortable to take your own decisions. He isn t a salesperson, he is a professional. Hair looks better, feels better and I know a stylist in Gurgaon whom I can rely on!

Brij is one of the best hair stylist i have come across! He understands what exactly will go with your personality , be it hair styling or coloring!! I can vouch for him as i have got all the possible hair styles ranging from real short to long , front bangs, assymetrical bob and Brij has nailed all of them. This review goes out for Shyam.... Who is my most favorite Hair Stylist is Neu South point mall. I am simply in love with my hair after it has been styled by Shyam. Whether it is about getting a new hair cut or about coming for a blow dry...it has to be done by him. I am very very particular about my hair so I am very possessive about Shyam too it has to be done only by him. He is simply brilliant and awesome with his work. He knows what he is talking and what he needs to do with your hair. Every visit I walk out feeling more beautiful .... Simply love it... Great experience on every visit.. particularly with my stylist MD. He gives proper advice with great services and is good at what he does... most importantly he is humble unlike other popular stylists.. Karan and kamal are great at pedicure and also give good services.

Brij is a hair magician. Very impressed with his hair cut and keratin treatment. He recommends the best treatment for your hair.

Prices are a little steep but the service is excellent. I always leave feeling pampered and well looked after.

I would like to recommend this place if you want quality services. Though the prices are a little on higher end , however the service is completely satisfactory. I would personally appreciate Dev who did my hair cut and hair styling .he has the complete knowledge of his subject and takes care of customer expectations as well.

After several bad experiences over the year I was nervous about getting my hair coloured . ..finally decided to give a try after a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. My stylist SHYAM really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision as i showed him pictures and was very confused with explaining the exact look .. but he managed and did the exact colour which i wanted.. he didn t overdo anything and also all the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen..extremely talented person he is.. i absolutely love my new style and I m already excited to go back. will surely recommend this to all !

Hi!!!!! I am going to NEU salon last 6 years. I am so happy my and my daughter's hair cut , colour, hi light with Rohan and other services with Naval, Ajay, and Ranjana. I really love their hospitality and warm welcome.

Used to be my go to parlor but of late they have only had bad service and disappointing attitude. They burnt my upper lip while waxing leaving a mark for a week. Gave me a haircut that looked unprofessional and untidy for a month. And then both the times refuse to listen to me as a customer about the fact that I wasn't happy with their service.

If you have a dream hair color, go to Neu! These people are open to challenges like nobody else I have seen so far in entire Delhi NCR! Especially Brij, the creative director their, he will take up your request even if it is impossible and certainly will deliver on your want. I had a great time there, the staff was courteous and sweet and over all the experience was just amazing. Certainly gonna be back for more!

I went to NeU Salonz, It was great ambience there. The service was very excellent,would like to use it again. Got my hair coloured (red) by Dev yesterday .. Dev gave me a very clear idea on how it would look and what process he would follow .. he has a very good knowledge and experience on what colours works the best on Asian skin .. the colour has come out really well and I loved the services provided (on prompt). thank you Dev and the rest .
