Used to be my go to parlor but of late they have only had bad service and disappointing attitude. They burnt my upper lip while waxing leaving a mark for a week. Gave me a haircut that looked unprofessional and untidy for a month. And then both the times refuse to listen to me as a customer about the fact that I wasn't happy with their service.
