First of all the ambience is great... The staff is very welcoming and courteous.. I had gone there for my hair consultation.. I was given the right advice by my stylist Brij... He is very talented and honest... The result was beautiful.. Thanks to the passionate work of Brij I have awesome hair today

If you want to rediscover yourself (literally) you need to head to this place! You should ask for Dev, he really knows his stuff. Also, he'll be transparent and will give you his honest opinion, which is really rare in the service sector. He'll guide you to visualise the look that best suits you and what you would really have in mind but wouldn't have able to convey. Definitely a place worth going.

My search for a knowledgeable and experienced hair stylist has finally been successful. I visited this salon and got my global hair color by Dev and it was a wonderful experience. From consultation to the end results, I am extremely happy with Dev s work. I would recommend him for sure!

Average service and over priced. They've charged around 4500 for just a basic facial and pedicure.

Got my hair coloured and cut by Brij. He is fantastic at what he does. He patiently heard what and how I wanted , adding his expertise and experience giving a personal touch. The end result was how I wanted. Coming back for future hair services to him

And in my second visit I got my hair colour done by vasu and i loved the results, it was better than what I expected. Mr. Rehan at Neu Salonz South Point Mall is the most unqiue blend of professionalism with a personal touch. Brij and Dev at Neu Salonz are the go to hair magicians in town !!!
They are creating international standards with every colour and cut.
Today me and my mother, we went to Neu Salonz to get our tresses a nice hair cut and colour.
While I got myself a beautiful balayage just how I really wanted ! But brij gave me a Balayage even better than I had imagined . Brij puts in his full efforts to deliver exactly what you desire .
My mother got her global with highlights from Dev . Dev is amazingly genuine. He is very transparent with his advice and really puts in efforts and his work is like magic.
I would really recommend both, Brij and Dev to a person who is looking for 100% satisfaction.
People at Neu salon are curtious and the atmosphere is really amazing.

One of the worst services. I was supposed to pay extra cash for the senior artist he had another client waiting but since it was my appointment he had no other option. So he gets it done in 10 mins which was one of the worst haircut I got in recent years. I asked him to take his time and don't spoil it and then he tells me it's his wish if he cuts it in 10 mins or 5! I don't get it why will I pay extra cash when I can get it cheaper at your Salon only. I expected good service and a good hair cut at least. All I got was hostility when I asked him what he has done. This was pathetic and garbage of a service and I'm never coming back to your Salon. The stylist name is Arzu just for the record. Kindly don't try to fool ppl around and ask for extra cash when you ppl give pathetic service. I visited your Salon since sector 57 days and been a regular to this branch too. Never complained but just because of this experience I'm never coming back. I wish I had less than 1 star to choose.

I was so fed up of my frizzy hair , so decided to go for smoothing treatment , so I went to nuez salon n enquired about it, their creative artist Brij was a great help , he told me about the pros n cons of whole procedure , and they way he explained things I was fully convinced I should go for this hair treatment , it was hassle free n totally worth the money , I am very happy thank you so much Brij and team neuz salon

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hair salon. The stylist was lazy, didn't want to pre wash my hair and dismissed the idea saying it's all good for a cut. Instead of concentrating on giving me the cut I would like he abruptly started talking about irrelevant topics keeping himself and me distracted from the process. Didn't pay heed to my requirements, who instead tried to force his on me, when I had to then assert this is not what I want, leaving me unsatisfied. They didn't even give me the invoice because they were busy pushing add on products to me and who has the time for that!

Really disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of customer transparency here. They try and sell you products and don't inform you if something is unavailable. They instead use another product without the customers knowledge. Extremely frustrating that they also turn off their air conditioning during the work hours due to renovation and inconvenience the customers. Horrible experience overall. Cleanliness is absent.

Ridiculous stuff! They don t pick up the phone in the first place and when they do, they just put the person on hold for eternity.

I have been going to Neu for the last 4 years and I can t think of changing my preference. Dev is my stylist and I think one of the best by far. He knows your hair more than u do and really helps with innovative styles that I could never think I would do. He is transparent and in your face, which makes it worth the time spent. I have been experimenting with my hair since I met Dev and each time found a new me.

It s been over 6 years I have been a regular at Neu, SP....love the service, hospitality & transparency with which they operate. Keep up the good work team ! Prem, Ranjana & Karan are my super stars....not to miss Ruby, with her every smiling face:)

I think the right name should be OLD salon rather than new
As the staff is pretty old and when I say old I mean
Pretty lazy and slow
You have to repeat yourself like 10 times for the same thing
Specially the lady sitting at the reception, I asked for a senior artist or anyone above him
She asked me to wait for 2 mins and then after 15 mins I had to remind her that I asked you to check something
Then she was like ok ok let me check rite away and then she was like now you get your hairs done and then a guy who looked like a trainee approaches and he was like I'll do you hair
Then I asked the same lady again and she was like he's the only one available rite now
I mean how did she decided that I'll be okay with a new artist when I specifically asked for a senior stylist
She was like he's also good you should try it
But my suggestion you everyone is please don't try and spoil your mood

Right from the water while washing your hair to making sure they offer you something to drink, the salon takes great care to pamper you. Brij [Creative Director] is a fine artist who made sure that he kept understanding my preferences till I was absolutely happy with the hair color and cut. Going forward this is definitely my one stop shop for coloring my hair.

I highly recommend Brij at Neu Salonz. He gave me just the cut and color just I wanted. Can t thank him enough for this wonderful transformation.

Had my hair straightened by Dev 2 years ago at Geetanjlali. He did a fantastic job. Found him at Neu Salon this year and had my hair cut and straightened by him. He did a really good job and he even threw in a few additional treatments to improve the condition of my coloured and straightened hair. Hair looks smoother and less damaged/dry.

Have been to this salon many times for haircut. Today went for a facial and it was a disaster. Spent 5000 to shiver one hour in a super cold room. Staff did not do anything to make me comfortable - neither the air conditioning was reduced nor was I given a blanket. Worst customer service. When I complained to the reception they paid no attention. No courtesy to even say sorry. OMG what sense of customer service!!

You wont find much good salons here in Gurgaon...n its sad coz you have to travel all the way too Delhi for a haircut .....but after trying atleast 10 salons i can now say NEU salon south point is the place to be for a haircut.....All thanks to Rehan.... I wud say he is one good artist.....fearless n clean..... He never gets scared of trying new styles n new things with ur hair, which normally any normal artist wud b a little scared of....coz a bad hairdo is a nightmare for anyone....but i can any given day put my money on this guy
....watever he does is awesome .... I have full faith in him ...when he cuts my hair i dont even have to look up to check what he is doing....he is that good and i have that much faith in him.....keep the good work going Rehan

It was my first time at NEU Salonz and I had the best cut and balayage experience possible..I was assisted by Dev and I must say he is truly an artist..he s got some magic wand that can make any gal look so pretty.Being an NRI , I ve been to many salons in New York but trust me he is by far the best hair stylist I have come across..I am totally hooked.he is definitely a master of his craft and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to anyone..Also much love for the entire team for being so patient throughout the whole process!

I got my keratin done on offer nn colour too..the so called best senior stylist did nothing much on my colour part nn charged a bomb for that. .the keratin done on offer by the same stylist came out in 3 days...no after service nn the front staff is also not great..mismanaged nn charge whatever they feel like. A pathetic experience from a so called high end salon..m

I went here to get my hair coloured...cherry ombre was what i had in mind.As it was my first time I was very lucky to get Brij as my stylist... Very friendly.... He infact customized the colour for me...we still dont have a name for it...but its exactly what i wanted.
He did an awesome job...rest of the staff is also very good....

Payal was of great help in understanding my requirement and accommodating to my convenience. She guided me well to the salon and ensured I was attended to.
Got a global done of a very subtle burgundy .
Brij was very kind and enlightened me with a lot of knowledge other than doing a great job on the execution ! He was diligent with his work and was open to ideas . He also provided me his intelligent insights on hair colour . Besides this , he gave me a trim on no additional cost. It showed how much he values his art over commercials.
I will be back for a balayage soon .

After a long time without cutting my hair I went to Dev for a big change with a lot of hair taking off. He was so warm, kind and reassuring and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how to style it. Even though I have never had hair so short and was quiet nervous prior to the appointment, I loved the end result. I have never loved a haircut so much, my hair feels so healthy, is way less tangly and looks much neater and definitely more stylish. The whole experience was definitely fantastic and I will be back for all my future hair needs. Thank you Dev !

One word that suits this salon is completely disgusting . On my accord no one should visit this salon ever!!! Worst outcomes!

Very unprofessional. I went on a tuesday for a hair colour and it took the colourist 2.5 hours to colour my hair. He first did it wrongly and my hair colour came out in two different shades. I told him to redo it. And then he coloured everything black. It is not even the shade i had asked for. I asked for a brown shade and now my hair is unnaturally black. If this wasnt bad, one of their recepetionists with curly blond hair had to get her hair coloured for free(i presume) from the staff and hogged all the staff members until her hair was coloured while i, a paying customer, had to wait and constantly call my colourist to finish my job. Lastly after all this nonsense, they told me to pay almost Rs. 6000 in cash as they had switched off their systems. Whaat? Plus the new receptionist is just lost and wouldnt even switch the machine back on. I told them either take the card or i am leaving. They didnt even give me a bill. All the good colourists they had have left and all they have are who dont know anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Am very satisfied with hair colour ,cut and keratin from NeU thanks to Brij ,i keep going back - I have been visiting last 8-9months and generally all the staff is v polite and courteous and efficient

Service has made me stay on for 14 years and hopefully longer. Hygiene has always been of primary importance to me and that is imperative when it comes to personalised services like these and Neu never disappoints me on that front. I would recommend Prem and Rohan at the South Point Mall for the best hair care, cuts and styles. They never fail to impress me with the transformation they do to my hair each time. Ranjana has been the best in beauty care and charms people with her calm and gentle demeanour. Of course, can t but mention the amazing services of Karan and Kuldeep who ace at the manicure and pedicure and always smile through their services while making me relax through the few hours I spend there. Wishing the team at Neu the very best always!

The most tragic experience I had . I went for krastine treatment as I was going abroad. After one wash my hair went off so untidy and rough. Their product was third class . I will never take risk in this salon again . I wish I could post picture of my hair

It was my first time at the Neu Salon@ Sector 56, Gurgaon and got a hair color done. Their stylist Israr did such a fantastic job, I didn t have to explain him much and I got the result exactly what I wanted. Great Salon! Very skilled people! Love the vibe of the place.. always buzzing with activity and smiles all around. They are happy to accommodate walk-ins, but if you are particular about returning to the same person take an appointment.

Prem has been doing haircuts, hairstyles and blowouts for me for a long time.. he has a very warm attitude and always delivers what the client wants. Karan did my pedicure and hair wash recently and he was excellent!! They have many such brilliant people on their staff.

I got my hair coloured in June from Neu. I had never been here, just heard lot s of great stuff. But something pushed me to go all the way from south delhi to Gurgaon to get my hair done. And oh! I m glad i did. From the moment you enter till the time you leave, you re in for REAL pampering. The people at the reception are so pleasant and warm, they want you to come in and avail their services. Its not just them, every person who works there is so pleasant, from the person shampooing ur hair, to the person assisting in blow drying to the beauty ladies.
I had specifically asked for Dev having heard all these wonderful things about him. And i wasn t disappointed at all. He very patiently heard me our about what i wanted. Then gave his suggestions with very logical explanations of why he suggested what he did. I spent pretty much more than half a day here and i didn t realise. Everyone is so friendly and you ll feel at home! They were so concerned around lunch time about what il eat. Its little things like these that make a big difference in your entire experience.

Eventually! When my hair was done, i couldn t be happier- the colour, the cut and the styling. It was better than what i imagined!

Also got a facial done here. The lady was so nice and almost motherly. It was an absolutely wonderful experience being here. If it wasn t so far for me, id be a regular!

My hair is a disaster post coloring in this saloon. First time I went I was promised that my hair will be compured one shade lighter than the one I choose. However, it was colored darkest shade of brown. I wasn't happy following which it was agreed upon to redo it. Redoing has stripped my hair off all health and now it is a lighter shade of brown n burgundy. No where it shows close to the colour I choose ash blonde. Promise not fulfilled. Location Is are good. But the staff is not skilled. Prices not worth the damage done.

I got hair colour from brij(new salonz).what I say about my look and what I say about brij. it was awesome . From 6 years I have done all hair service from brij .wherever he moved, I also moved with him. Because I have no need to say single words to him about me . He always gave me attractive look . He truly guide me always . Brij Very efficient and awesome person. Great consultancy always. And the place very positive. I highly recommend to go there and nice makeover to yourself.

I have always had a pleasant experience at NEU Salonz, South Point Mall (Gurugram). Rehan is my preferred man for haircuts, he is always attentive and remembers his client's preferences. Apart from Rehan, other staff members are also coordial and do their jobs well. Good music and ambience, only the pedicure section needs uplifting, better lighting for setting a relaxing mood and definately better chairs. Keep up the good work.

They didn't provide me the bill. Told me that they do not have the printing paper ,so they will mail do. And I didn't receive any mail from them. They charged me 5300 for a spa, for which 800 is the tax. Common guys. Stop looting ppl
