Extremely bad experience. Went for a haircut and the stylist named Irfan aka Ahmed identified himself as a senior stylist and also boasted about being the Top 10 stylist in Gurgaon in LBB(I doubt) I had pretty long waist length hair and wanted a same length bob. I even showed him a reference picture. He gave me the worst angled bob. There was no angle to it. He cut my hair so uneven. The sides were long and a solid chunk missing from the back. An angled bob should look even from all sides. Also asked for payment on his personal paytm but couldn t get it because he had exceeded his limit. The receptionist was also ok with my sending money directly to his paytm and was looking at me with certain apprehension. Only got to know why after I washed my hair at home. I went there on a Monday so the place was pretty empty and no other senior staff was present. These people are looting customers and giving them ped ke niche nai wala haircuts. I bet that stylist was lying when he said my name is Irfan but in LBB Top Ten I am mentioned as Ahmed. The receptionist wasn t helpful either. Never going there again! And the management should keep a check on both their receptionist and the junior staff experimenting on people s hair and then asking for payments on their personal paytms.
