The place is very clean chik and they serve very good coffee too!!

I have had Brij look after my hair for the last three years. With him, I need not even try and explain the type of cut, style that I desire for i know whatever he does, it'll be great. This time tried a balayage Burgundy red which looks absolutely stunning. Thanks!

There were three things that I loved about the salon.

The staff was really nice and you can tell that they are all experienced stylists.

The ambience was just wonderful

i have been using Rinki s services for many years now, she is excellent at what she does and provides quality and personalised care. i highly recommend her.

I get my hair washed from Manish, he never does a hurried job, i am happy with his services and would recommend him highly for hair spa and wash.

Have been coming to this salon for over an year now - especially for hair styling. Vasu, a Sr. artist here, is the only guy i trust with hair related styling now!! Overall, great location, salon and hygiene. Bonus points for their great customer service. Would highly recommend this place!

One thing that stands out about this salon is the vibe and energy!The ambience and vibe is just refreshing. The staff is very well trained and match international professional standards. A special mention of 'Dev' the hair stylist. He as a professional is so passionate about doing his work well and will go an extra length to create right styles and looks . He is supremely talented and creative as well. He did a wonderful job with my hair colour ( which I never would have done and would not have kept beyond 15 days as it has never ever looked good on me) But with him it turned out to be perfect!! Keep up the good work team Dev and team Neu.

Just Fabulous experience!
Starting from booking an appointment to getting the look that I wanted. This Salon is fabulous! The Staff is super friendly and really looks into making you feel comfortable.

I came in with a mess for bleach burnt hair. I took an appointment with Brij because I had read some really good reviews about him. And they were 100% spot on. Brij is highly professional and an perfectionist. He gave me a very trendy hair cut, which I absolutely love! Then he suggested that before we proceed to coloring , I should first get a hair strengthening treatment. Which really brought my dead ends to life.
Then finally we got down to coloring.
I wanted to use Guy Tang s Dusty Lavender color. It only works well with a color booster. Anyways, Brij did not give up and worked hard on achieving the perfect blend of Dusty lavender along with violet highlights which just made the colors pop. This color is far more brilliant than what I had imagined.

I m truly very happy and Satisfied with my experience at Neu Salon. And especially with Brij. He is a master of his art!

I got my hair coloured and cut by Dev. He is a hair dresser par excellence. Over all it was a very satisfying exercise.. would recommend the parlour for hair for sure..

First I was unsure about getting a hair cut at neu saloon, I spoke to my sis about me planning to have an hair cut at neu n my sis said book an appointment with dev, but fortunately when I called up the saloon for appointment dev was on his weekly off. As I was first time getting an hair cut from neu I wanted to take a chance so I told the lady on the call to book the appointment with some one as good as dev or better than him so the lady suggested me vasu. Excellent hair consultation and hair cut done by the creative hairstylist Mr.Israr and team. Everything was sanitised before use. And hair cut as per hair type and face cut were explained properly. Very satisfied with the experience. Thank you!

Guys if u need complete makeover pls head immediately to Neu Salonz Gurgaon. Brij was my hairstylist and seriously i am in love with my complete makeover. I opted for color, cut and keratin and he has given me the best color and cut for lifetime. I Would come to him again and again.

I have been visiting NEUSALONZ for quite a good time now but never sat down to write a review though I was more than satisfied with the services provided. Shayam Godiyal , who is a senior stylist in NEUSALONZ was my rescuer. I am still surprised how did he think of such an out of the box solution and so spontaneously.
Knowing such a talent and having him by my side has literally made me thank God more and more. Thank you Shayam and thank you NEUSALONZ for such talents.

So this was my 2nd visit at NeuSalonz during the Game of Tones offer. I was quite skeptical to go to the same place where i did not get a good hair result in my first visit. In my first visit i had opted for a red global hair color but trust me that was awful. My colleagues made fun of me when they could not notice the hair color at all. But seeing a good deal i could not help myself and decided to got for the 2nd time. I wanted an emerald green hair color done but since it was not available i opted for a balayage. My hair artist PREM was a gem of a person. He was very patient with me n did an awesome job. I am really happy with the hair color. Big Thanks to PREM once again...Keep up the good work...:)

Ive bn coming to neu south point since two yrs ..
Dev has bn coloring and cutting my hair .he has a great knowledge about hair texture and also colors that match skin tone. He shares sincere advice too and
goes out of the way to make his clients comfortable.
Neu has a very positive vibe..all the workers are technically sound and very courteous .
Another good thing is that they are conscious of the environment and slowly minimising plastic use.

Worst Salon for Haircut..Poor service and unprofessional staff...When i went there the stylist showed me few images on laptop and said whatever you want I can give you that style however when it was cut I could not make any accept the blowdry. A Big NO NO for Haircut at this saloon

I have been using the salon for last 1yr . Very good staff. Hair stylist Brij has been very helpful and awesome stylist . A few other staff members I think are great are Shyam Ajay , Chanchal.... otherwise most of the staff is pretty good.

Excellent service provided by Brij! I got balayage and keratin treatment done by him and he knew exactly what I wanted. I was very apprehensive as this was my first time getting my hair coloured, but Brij put me at ease and gave me the exact look that I wanted. Worst service.. I went for threading and face bleach the girl who attended me was without experience . After bleach my face is horrible, red spots and next day when I called for complaints they had no answer for my problem.. Finally went to Dr. Really pathetic..

I have never experimented much with my hair colour but when I decided to, my sister suggested that I go to Dev. I am really glad that I listened to her. Not only does Dev have great knowledge of colouring but he is also very patient. I have been very happy with my hair colour although it wasn t what I had in mind initially, but he helped me understand what would look nice on my hair. Nice people, very affordable and genuine.

They are locaties on the upper ground floor, close to Le Marche. They have been able to manage the space very well and it looks spacious.

Went for my daughter's haircut. Extremely professional guy (dont know his name). He even gave a break when my 5 year old looked tired. They even shot the cut on video, nice gesture, dont know how do they plan to use it.

One of the best salons in delhi , ambience is very good , can go for any services but it is the best center for hair solutions and specially I would mention that "brij" is one off the best hair consultant he suggests you the thing which suits best on your face so one can trust him with that ..... provides refreshments too which are very tasty and have some offers and discounts too , price is bit higher but is flexible ,if you meet "payal" on the center ,she would help you with that .

I got the best haircut I ever had on my curly hair. Just happened to be assigned to Shoaib for haircut, who suggested me to have a round cut to have more enhanced look to my curls. At first, I was very sad about the length that got cut, but later I realized the better style and quality of my hair now. I look younger and my hair looks amazing with all kinds of outfits, without any styling. I'm writing this review after 10 days and after two washes. Thanks to Shoaib and Neu salonz for giving me this awesome haircut!

Got my hair coloured here last week and I absolutely loved it. Dev was super helpful and understood my concerns and did exactly the sort of soft brown balayage look I was going for!

Horrible.. worst service ever.. after washing my hair, the hair stylist just disappeared for several mins.. after about 1/2 hr of waiting, he came back and told me he has another appointment and client waiting for him.. there was no one else available to do a simple hair cut.. so i walked out and got a nice haircut in the salon just next to it.. thankfully, this mall is filled with several salons so it wasn't a big problem..

If you are naive about saloon services
Get ready to be looted because this saloon doesnt believe in repeat customers. They did a very expensive hair ritual for me and ended up washing the hair after nourishing it. Making the hair go dry again.

My previous experience of streaking , from another salon was a mess however Shyam convinced me that he would be able to set it right
Today I finally took the plunge and voila, my hair is looking fabulous with the high low effects exactly as I had visualised, all thanks to Shyam s expertise in hair treatment and styling.

I have been going to Dev since his Gitanjali days and would highly recommend him. I have dry and damaged hair but each time I visit him he takes me extra care regarding the treatments. I ve moved to UK now but each time I m back in India I still make sure I get a hair treatment done by Dev.

If you can find a good stylist, this place would be great. However finding the right one is an entire quest in itself.
Have been going there for a year. The staff is Curt and polite. But still haven't found "the stylist" yet. Good hair cuts and some average ones too.

I had a very great experience at NEU with wonderful experti Dev and his helping hand Kunal..they really did a very wonderful job with my hair color and I m deeply in love with shade. The best thing about the salon is not even the services and the way that the salon looks but the fact that they come up with interesting offers that are just so hard to resist. They almost always have great offers on hair treatments and they never compromise in the quality of treatments.
