Staff were excellent. From the delivery staff to those behind the scenes. They were very patient
and helpful as I ve never done this before. I was recommended by an airline boss and no regrets. My parcel was delivered in less than a week. Thank you for the awesome service.

Network Courier did a fabulous job collecting our passports from the Kazakhstan Embassy in Singapore and getting them sent safely back to us in Australia. Because the embassy was two days late processing our passports, there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing for Network Couriers to do, and they did a wonderful job communicating with us and the embassy, and keeping us well-informed. Our sincerest thanks, especially to Marinah who did a sensational job.

I would like to give a feedback regarding your staff who collected the document from us. He is very rude in terms of the way he speaks to us. Also, my colleague who was supposed to pass him the document, was in the toilet when your staff was here. We asked him to have a sit and wait for our colleague com out. However, he can't even wait for our colleague to come out and required us to pass him the document immediately.

DISGUISTING SCAMMER!

DISGUISTING SCAMMER!
I paid a shipping fee to a merchant in the UK who organised the shipping (Norsk Shipping UK) of an item I purchased from the UK. Upon arrival in Singapore, I was issued an invoice to pay: a handling/documentation fee of $65 and GST amouny payable on top of the shipping fee already paid by my Merchant in the UK.
I DO NOT dispute about the GST amount payable (I am more than happy to pay for this as the item is above the SGD $300).
However, the hidden fee (Handling/Documention fee of $65) has NEVER been declared by Norsk Shipping UK.
Network Courier Singapore held the item since 1 Feb 2019 with an excuse they were raising the issue with their agent (Norsk Shipping in UK) which failed to respond until today (I am writing this review on 2 March 2019). I followed up with Network Courier every 2 days in the past whole month and the response was we are waiting for our agent in UK to respond .
I have purchased many things from overseas with values over SGD 300 (where GST is payable), not once any other courier companies (DHL, UPS, TNT, SingPost) charge a hidden fee (being the documentation/handling fee) after they shipped the item/after the item has arrived in Singapore.
This handling/documentation fee was NOT declared when the shipping order was accepted by Norsk Shipping in the UK.
Courier Network in Singapore is now trying to conveniently scam me by asking me to pay the handling/documentation fee after the shipping fee has been paid yo Norsk Shipping UK.
It appears to me Norsk Shipping (UK) has failed to declare the hidden fee . Whatever arrangement Network Courier has with Norsk Shipping UK is NOT my business/problem.
If there is a handling/documentation fee, this should have be declared in advance prior to shipping the item. The customer SHOULD NOT be scammed with a hidden fee AFTER the item has been shipped & arrived in the destination country.
I raised this discrepancy with my Merchant in UK. My Merchant agreed that whatever fee that Network Courier wish to charge, it should be charged to Norsk Shipping not the customer after the shipping fee has been PAID!
What a LOW, CHEAP & DISGUISTING was to make money!

While travelling to Indonesia, I accidentally left my laptop at the airport in Singapore. I contacted the Lost & Found Department at the Changi Airport and was happy to find out that they were in possession of my laptop. The problem is that I wasn't going to be back in Singapore anytime soon. They recommended that I contact Network Express Courier to handle shipping it to my house in the Philippines. This company was great! They literally never took more than 20 minutes to respond to an email. They went to the airport, picked up my laptop, packaged it very nicely and then shipped it to me for a reasonable price. I thought I was never going to see that laptop again. All my family pictures and videos were gone. I was very grateful and I found the service to be excellent!

Despicable company. I get faster response contacting DHL (freight forwarder they use) directly then them. Firstly i paid $52 to deliver a parcel to SK unfortunately I was told to redirect my parcel and I gave them a new address/recipient which they informed me of the following: Please be informed that as confirm by destination that the redirection address given located in remote area and there is fee of S$36.00 will be applicable. On the same note , there is additional for redirection charges of $16.00 involved also. Kindly acknowledge acceptance of the charges ($52.00) before we proceed with the arrangement.

I promptly made the extra payment and after 1 week received a confirmation from them that my parcel has been delivered. GOOD JOB. As I was too busy and did not follow up with my friend as I presumed that the parcel has been properly delivered. But aft 1 week I received a text from my friend asking about the parcel and she believes that it was sent to the original address instead of the new one which was really what happened!

So I would like to know why I was charged for the extra $52 (total $104)! I don't mind paying extra but definitely not for service that was not even rendered. Its the 1st and last time I will be using this company. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and till now they are not replying. Also my parcel was only delivered after 1 MONTH!

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was told that I will receive my goods before 6pm. I called the company at 6pm and they mentioned that the driver will be there in 30 mins. They gave me the driver number and said he will be here at 9pm. He only arrived at 10pm with 1 box out 3 Boxes of goods and said that if I urgently wanted the goods I should come and pick it up myself.

Customer service staff and the pickup staff was very helpful as it was my first time trying it out!

Was really skeptic and worried that my parcel would be lost cause I ve never really heard of this!

So Glad I tried it out! Really impressed with the service and delivery time, it reached Italy in 2 days!

The price is very good compared to Singapore post! really really recommended
