Our drivers arrive an hour before the appointment, and it takes their receiver an hour to unload 1-2 skids (Driver sitting there for 2 hours), then they refuse to pay for any waiting time. This happens for like 50% of their orders. They are the only customer we have that does this... We recently closed their account.
