Sellers listening, many high-tech products available (sound, audio-visual, pc, computers, cameras, phones, tablets, video games ...)

Always fun Fnac !!! It's a fun place for bookstores, electronics, and more.

Just bought some items in this store right after my shift.

Less help seen on the floor. Maybe because it's almost closing time.

Still, I was able to get out bringing all the items that I planned to buy.

Catastrophe .. They come out of a funeral certainly with their sadness on the face ... And salesman who falls on the head with each questions ... Chance that one has internet for our advices, orders and prices ....

Not too much stationery or little visible bookcase space.

You need to walk in or you will not be visiting Paris

They could carry at least some professional grade gear.

I had no problem getting what I wanted. The gentleman at a closed register asked me if I spoke French & directed me to the correct one. I encountered no rudeness but spoke what little French I knew. Which is only a little.

Only Fnac where the staff is competent in their area!

Plus a lot of added value compared to the website ..... shame .... it was fun to look for the cd or the DVD and the advice of the sellers .... the times are changing

After sales service refusing to exchange an item under warranty and pushing the customer to buy the item to replace it.

I wanted to exchange my pair of broken earphones still under warranty. By presenting my proof of purchase (copy of the receipt + credit card receipt), the service operator refused to carry out the exchange.

He pretended various reasons (he had no power to exchange, the security person would not let me go without the original receipt signed by the SAV ...)

Having previously informed me about the conditions of exchange, I decided to speak to the manager of the operator to present the situation. The latter in turn opposes the exchange of the product without listening to the terms of exchange present on the site of the FNAC do not stipulate what it says. He even goes so far as to tell me that if I had the FNAC card could have found the proof of purchase ... (while I had precisely in the hand the proof of purchase ... )



Finally I decided to go to another FNAC store. I did not meet any opposition from the SAV and I could exchange my headphones.

Good store with a reasonable selection of electronic goods. Mobile phones are separated from main electronics.

Very nice store. Large selection of electronics. There are ticket offices where they sell tickets at Disney Land, so that when you arrive at Disney Land you don t waste time on the ticket queue!

It is an improved version of the station libraries. The choice, the dedicated expace is important, but we are very far from the "big" Fnac Paris. This is not the purpose of this type of store, by the way! Let's say, that it is a big generalist bookstore, which has the great merit to exist, in this place. Do not sulk our pleasure!

Air-conditioned, which is very nice in summer ... good choice of items too.

A smaller fnac so you cannot find the whole variety of books you would have in Les Halles or Montparnasse. Few sales assistants too.

However, having the card as it should be, the seller simply refused to align with the price displayed when his colleague had previously assured me otherwise.

Although smaller than other Fnacs, there is plenty of choice and the "Click and collect in 1h" service is super practical. The hours are wide enough to be able to spend there after work in the evening.

Terrible ticket service. GdL store closed yesterday. Result: Two lost tickets plus 40 euros of premium rate customer service numbers based abroad. A beautiful scam. I am furious. FLEE THE FNAC!

Fnac of medium size but well equipped. Nice staff for a FNAC Parisienne

The Fnac equal to itself, that discusses between sellers in front of the customer who waits. Not always a real knowledge of technical products. But it is practical to be able to see the products in situ and certain promotions are interesting.

We can buy various kind of women's needs such as clothes, bags, accesories,shoes and others

Fnac small enough for Champs Elysees, does the work for classic requests but go to another store for a more specific request.
