Superb Fnac quite complete but not as much as that of Beaugrenelle

Two stars for the hours, in fact the shop closes late which can be very useful, nevertheless I had a bad experience, a salesman advised me a lambda product that did not suit me to get rid of me, it is unacceptable, when we do not know we say so and we recommend not just any product. Very large Fnac allowing many different product choices, it also offers a competent after sales service but with a long enough waiting time, better make an appointment in advance.

I needed a charger for my smartphone, happy to find near the fnac of the fields. I have never been before, but I was amazed at the size of the store. Okay that can be understood we are not anywhere and the rent must be there for many.
By cons in terms of service, ie the choice of product, it is really at the bare minimum. In terms of phone and accessories there were only those of Samsung and Apple, nothing for the rest even Huawei not anyone anyway. Moreover with hindsight, I saw only great brands .... in short it says a lot about this fnac !!!!

Nice shop, wide range. No wheelchair entrance so that is annoying. Much is also only French-speaking.

I do not think it is the best Fnac in the region, but it has a nice radius telephony and connected objects that are not found in other Fnac

The FNAC Champs Elysees is not that of Saint Lazare, a lot of work is a shame. I would go back to the beginning of the year I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

It's great, the prices are a bit expensive but I found everything I needed less the posters, some people do not understand English so you can not ask for what you need, but it's still great with a very good price.
