After sales service refusing to exchange an item under warranty and pushing the customer to buy the item to replace it.
I wanted to exchange my pair of broken earphones still under warranty. By presenting my proof of purchase (copy of the receipt + credit card receipt), the service operator refused to carry out the exchange.
He pretended various reasons (he had no power to exchange, the security person would not let me go without the original receipt signed by the SAV ...)
Having previously informed me about the conditions of exchange, I decided to speak to the manager of the operator to present the situation. The latter in turn opposes the exchange of the product without listening to the terms of exchange present on the site of the FNAC do not stipulate what it says. He even goes so far as to tell me that if I had the FNAC card could have found the proof of purchase ... (while I had precisely in the hand the proof of purchase ... )
Finally I decided to go to another FNAC store. I did not meet any opposition from the SAV and I could exchange my headphones.
