It is a fnac but with lots of people and sellers not too available and not so keen on their field they are ready to tell you anything for you to buy

Several passages and each time the staff is understaffed, it would reorganize because a person takes care of 4-5 different customers is not normal. According to one of them: "They went on break or hang the meal", very well but after 2 hours it is always the same on the shelves ... Otherwise there is a wide range choice, from first prize to high end there is really everything. I could find what I wanted thanks to my research upstream but for those who come only by instinct it is not always easy to seek a department manager ...

Why ?

Classic Fnac store, neither better nor worse. Interesting choice, presentation in the book section very substantial, and many specials in DVD and CD.
Staff rather attentive, perhaps due to the low attendance.

When buying a Bluetooth headset, the person was unable to tell me about the difference between two models except to look at the description on the box. I still thought that at FNAC the sellers had a minimum of knowledge on the products sold but this is not the case

there is a bit of everything at a decent price i just did not like the delivery service which was not very welcoming.

If you are looking for something here you can definitely find it ...

Fnac is an absolute wonder of a shop. There exists simply nothing quite like it in the UK - they have a great selection of pretty much everything, and it's easy to lose an hour just browsing! My particular favourite is the video game section - the choice of Nintendo goods completely destroys anything on offer in UK video game stores!!!

I have not had the opportunity to buy from them, but usually the abuse appears correct.

Department store, too many people on Sunday, to avoid.

Fnac well supplied. Fast service. Too bad the sellers are not always informed about all of the products in their department.

Fnac is one of the best electronic chains in Europe, they are huge and you get everything you want. The variety of products is impressive and the prices very good. They are huge stores so you are likely to be in a few hours if you like those products. I really like the bookshop part, it's extraordinary how many books they have. Highly recommended to buy or go for a spin !!!

It is one of a kind electronics, games and books store. Worth the visit every time.

In the mobile market you can pay only by card. The big electronics market also accepts cash.

The sale is going well but the service is a disaster.
The cashier counts you twice the same article and when you come back 1 hour later to get a refund you are told that I'm lying.
In addition you buy an item in the store at a higher price than the website but there is no way to make you pay the difference with a prison door welcome.
Do not go there!

A good Fnac store, lots of boxes open for lunch. On the other hand, the mobile section of the bottom store which has just been created is useless since the storey on the floor (which is separate) is already only used for mobiles. This is a duplication and therefore loss of space.

Limited selection of items of all types - from books to electronics - in the middle of world famous Champs Elysees. Not bad at all.

Fantastic street full of magic .... it's a pity to see several showcases broken on the occasion of the protest demonstrations of the yellow vests.

Many choices, opening until 23:45. However, there are too few sellers available. It is better to know what you want before going to this store
