If they say life is a journey I would like to emphasize that I spent the 6 best years of this trip in Net Solutions and I am still enjoying it. I will not say that I have rested here and had only fun, rather I have been given challenges along with motivation that has made be come out successful and confident. I joined Net Solutions in July 2013 and I'm loving the highly challenging, innovative, and collaborative environment. One of the best organizations I've worked with.

Best things I like about Net Solutions - Honesty and Integrity, Transparency, Quality, Respect for the Individual, and Focus on the Customer.

I visited this place because there was some work soap organised by Microsoft. Pretty much good building infrastructure. Good location. I love the greenery they have inside premises.

I had worked with Net Solutions for almost 4 years and found the organization a good place to work in Tricity. Its CEO has a vision to keep the work environment with good infrastructure amenities, to increase the business opportunities and growth of employees.

this company's contact number is useless. they play a recorded audio and say that you will be attended shortly but the phone keeps on ringing for 2 minutes and no one attends. and the worst part is that you are charged for not even talking to anyone.

When I think back in time, the image 5 years ago resonates the same feeling as it does now. The same excitement to come to work, of course this is because I love my job and my profession but even more it is about coming to my office, Net Solutions. There is freedom to bring out the best within you, rather than curbing it like a work maniac. I have been able to realize my true potential because I got to work with professionals who had experience and knew how to support a budding talent. I do not worry about ups and downs because I know that I am with an organization that understands me; and wants me to turn into an asset for them rather than a machine just vending out assignments without any heart in it.

The Working environment is really amazing in Net Solutions and i liked it.

I did 3.5 years of job in net solutions and it was best experience of my life... my mentor A.M (m not saying his name, he was my manager and I learnt from him a lot) was too good..Everything has pros and cons.. So that was pros...lets come to cons.. Increment policies need to be changed because they may can loose good employee.. Quality makes you profitable not quantity..i will update later... to be continue......

Horrible recruitment process they came for on campus drive with criteria of 60% throughout and no backlog ok it's fine. We registered for it but on the first round day they shortlisted only toppers of the college what a fantastic move this is.. I mean without any exam they just shortlisted them wow! what do you think giving a bond of 2.6 years and 3lpa is very massive amount that deserves only toppers. We are not fool who invested their money time for Engineering if u think marks are all you need to become a good enginner then you do mention on the official mail regarding it that you need only toppers why should the average students waste their time in wondering that they will get selected for you.why should they give importance to such a fake one. Sorry to say many companies are far more better than yours in terms of their recruitment process.

A fancy building not wrong to say one of the prettiest offices in Chandigarh. You will make some good friends here. Salary credited on seventh of every month. This is located just near to Infosys technologies company office. This is good for people who don't want to work outside Chandigarh.
