Horrible recruitment process they came for on camp...

Horrible recruitment process they came for on campus drive with criteria of 60% throughout and no backlog ok it's fine. We registered for it but on the first round day they shortlisted only toppers of the college what a fantastic move this is.. I mean without any exam they just shortlisted them wow! what do you think giving a bond of 2.6 years and 3lpa is very massive amount that deserves only toppers. We are not fool who invested their money time for Engineering if u think marks are all you need to become a good enginner then you do mention on the official mail regarding it that you need only toppers why should the average students waste their time in wondering that they will get selected for you.why should they give importance to such a fake one. Sorry to say many companies are far more better than yours in terms of their recruitment process.
