I made a reservation for a week. Then using email I asked to extend it one extra day earlier. I paid money, they confirmed. I have everything in emails. When I arrived, they had no apartment for me! I didn't even hear "sorry".
They tried to find me another apartment, but everything was super expensive, so they came up with a regular hotel room (not an apartment) much further. I declined as it was not the same standard. They said I should find an apartment on my own and they will compensate it up to a given amount. My mistake I did not ask for an email confirmation. I found an apartment and immediately asked for compensation, but guess what? They said there was never such a deal! All they did is they returned the money I paid them for the reservation they failed to provide, which was less than half I paid for the apartment. I feel cheated but there is little I can do as I trusted their word, not written confirmation.

The apartment turned out to be located in the very center, at Psie Budy Street, where it is noisy, the apartment is hot, and we are traveling with a small 2-month-old child. This is a mockery of how 24W apartments approach customers. Man reserves the object based on photos, after which he receives a completely different apartment, in addition without an elevator on the first floor in old buildings. After my intervention on arrival, we kindly received the opportunity to change the apartment to one that was similar to the one I booked, but only the next day. Of course, we also did not receive this object, which I booked before coming to Wroclaw. The conditions were better for a stay with a 2-month-old child, which does not change the fact that we spent half the weekend exploring the city and using its charms unpacking the luggage in one location, then packing the car the next day and re-unpacking after getting to the final apartment. In general, the condition of the next apartment was good, the only thing you can attach to what can be seen in the additional photos I attached, damaged door handles in the bathroom, bedroom, broken handle for the fridge. I do not know how a self-respecting company can allow renting an apartment, even with such prosaic faults. In the form of compensation, we were offered a free parking lot in the underground garage, but we did not receive a remote control for the barrier and garage gate, which boils down to the good will of the security guard if he wants to let us into the area, but not slow down. And so on the first day we were able to easily enter the parking lot, although today on the day when we were to leave the security guard initially did not want to open the barrier claiming that it does not open to tourists that we should receive a pilot from the rental company, which of course I agree. After returning to the building from the center, unfortunately we could not get to the underground parking lot, which meant that we had to pack the car on the street in the rain. It is inconceivable that booking clients would be treated in this way. I would not recommend anyone using 24W apartments, we will definitely never use the services of this company, by the way we will inform our friends, contractors, etc. to avoid 24W apartments.

Disorganized, they said they left the keys in one place, we got there, asked the lady (who did not spoke a word of English, only polish) she told us (by sign language) that there was no key there, we try to call the responsible person, does not answer. we call some polish friends, they answer the polish number but still no keys. We go to have dinner and start thinking about options (it was almost 2 a.m. and we had no where to go) the polish friends get a call, they go back and then there was a key.
After getting the key, we go to the address given, the key does not belong to that door, we try to see if there's a back door, still no door for the key. Then we notice the address on the key chain, we go there, does not work, back door and we can finally get in. We get in, settle up, look for the wi.fi, there is a wi.fi password, but no wi.fi network name. We try this long and complicated password in every network available, does not work in neither of them.
Conclusion, the house itself was ok, but this whole situation was really bad, and if we didn't knew someone there it would have been even worse.
