I booked the apartment through Booking in a specific location and building. When I picked up the keys, I learned that my apartment for which I had paid in advance was taken by someone else, and the manager had for me an old apartment on the 3rd floor with no elevator in another part of the city. Such a long time I have not seen anything, I rented a specific location, which confirmed the e-mail yet. In an hour, my friends were supposed to be there, with two small children, to whom I booked an apartment in the block in which I live, and here what? The lady saw no problem in bringing prams + children several times a day, no parking, etc. Finally, she began to raise her voice and insult me. Of course reported to Booking. I strongly advise against.
PS. Now reading the opinion of others, I find that the office has two different apartments of a different standard and in the offers they show one for the right price, and when you get the keys, you get a damaged apartment in a tenement house.
