Booking for 11 people made long before arrival ... And what? NO BOOKING !!! Scandal! Still the woman at the reception says it is my fault because the confirmation e-mail was not sent. Which of course was not true ... An explanation? Oh, she didn't notice the email. No apology, no cooperation, no initiative of any kind. NEED TO AVOID A WIDE ARC !!!
