Bad interview process, Not a good place for freshers. Cheap/Worst company.Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior.
Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator.
They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.
Its a fraud company.

Very bad company to work, no work culture,always push to work late night,did not pay salary,lot of harassment,work life imbalance,lot of politics, think before joining to this company. Just bad place of work.

Fraud company. Worst company to work for as a fresher. Before hiring you they will talk about so many facilities. but once you are in, they will torture you. They will take back all the facilities including leaves. They will abuse freshers. Working Here is Psychological Torture. New Admittees Beware! For the love of God, do NOT work here. You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics, if you have any.
Deceptive, Unethical, Poorly Managed, No Sense of Direction. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being.

Netserv is a great company to work for. Open culture is truly practiced here. Flat hierarchy and high transparency is seen across the company. Management is very supportive. Managers, Seniors and colleagues are friendly creating a politics free healthy work environment. We are encouraged to up-skill our knowledge on technology and process by working on cutting edge technology. Salary is paid on-time by 1st of every month. Package offered is inline with industry standards. Overall a company which I will certainly refer to everyone.
