Very good seller. Prices are definitely too expensive. The setup and support are not individual enough. 1500.- Too expensive to set up an Adwords account, especially if we as customers still have to help the consultant choose the right keywords. For this price, the expectation is that netpulse will search for the keywords itself and do a detailed / individual setup. Care costs are still "okey" but no changes are planned in the monthly care, ie. the customer has to pay extra for every change. Monthly reporting is of no value, since the values can be seen in Adwords, if transparent reporting is required, you also have to pay for it. Apart from adapting the CPC and writing the advertisement, the monthly fee will be charged for everything. The 2 stars apply to the very good seller. The sellers give you the feeling you can't live without Netpulse. I just think for the price the whole thing has to be much more personal and individual. But I understand your business model. The 2 stars also apply because the notice periods are flexible, that's the only flexible thing at Netpulse. I am now looking forward to the excuses in the answer. I was allowed to join the Google Ad Words course at Lucia Yapi this year.
This course was injected by Netpuls and conducted by Lucia. Lucia is a super good teacher and teacher.

Unfortunately, other factors were not necessarily to the full satisfaction.

It's just "wrong" or not completely correct in my opinion. Why do you always try to turn people into customers who might also pursue their own plans?

I was at the free power seminar 2 weeks ago. Last week then free advice from Steffen Stoltmann, which was much longer than 1/2 hour. This morning set up my AdWords campaigns with Fabienne Unterholzer.

The free power seminar was pure Zeitverschwedung ... because it was a strategic sales seminar (by the flowers) ... With this limited information you can not work independently ... Too bad, I felt a bit foolish after this course!

Attention! The free seminar is good in itself, but of course serves for customer acquisition. After the seminar, I had my AdWords account set up by Netpulse at $ 1,500. The account was not set up professionally at all, which cost me several thousands of CHF in retrospect. I recommend avoiding Netpulse and instead read a good book on AdWords and experiment for yourself. This has shown better results around worlds.

We bought the Online Adwords Seminar (GAP).
The structure and content are ok. However, it seems that the implementation has been quite saved. The video is cut very badly in part and the speaker's German also leaves something to be desired. Listening is not a pleasure, even if the content is mostly interesting.

My review only refers to the free Google Adwords seminar: Basically, this is a sales event for Netpulse, so far so good. There's nothing wrong with that. It explains the most rudimentary elements and anyone who has already set up an Adwords account or has some experience, learns nothing new in this seminar.

Norman is a classic seller who tries to fill the rather dry matter with some life with stories. You can not find good, but you do not have to. The average age of visitors is about 45+, which is understandable because simple tutorials on Youtube deal with Google Ads much more comprehensively than this seminar does.

What I would have liked:
- Getting involved with the visitors in advance instead of the 0815 program (who has what experiences already made, reasons for participating in the seminar, etc.)
- Show case studies with creation of a text ad from A-Z etc.
Interactive design of the whole process

What I finally conclude:
- I think being an SME at Netpulse makes sense if you do not want to run online marketing inhouse
- The seminar I recommend only SME people who really have zero idea of online marketing and are also not ready to work on the topic
- For me personally, it was not very instructive, besides, Norman was a bit disagreeable to me.

3 out of 5 stars because it is free - accordingly, little content is conveyed - it is a promotional event - it could be much more valuable content

Information is unfortunately communicated differently (power seminar, general information, workshop). The workshop was very intense. Sometimes we did not know what was being entered for data. We were asked to participate - but we were not able to participate, because it was already on. For inexperienced Google - AdWords users from time to time a challenge. Also, we would not know now how we could "maintain" the AdWords itself. Selling tactically.

Individual training at netpulse is understandable, compact and very helpful.

In the end, I spent a lot of money, messed up my Google accounts, and for weeks, I've paused all campaigns because there are no conversions. The part of the implementation was certainly okay. But in my opinion the basics have not been right. And that's where advice would have been needed. Also, the new Google account cost me much more than the coupon was worth. I still have a mess today. My concern was clearly setting up. Certainly, the issues with a maintenance contract and budget would be fixed on Google. But that was not my concern. (see advice)
