The company is sympathetic, including its employees. But the advice was not right. The offer was not suitable for me. In the end, I spent a lot of money, messed up my Google accounts, and for weeks, I've paused all campaigns because there are no conversions. The part of the implementation was certainly okay. But in my opinion the basics have not been right. And that's where advice would have been needed. Also, the new Google account cost me much more than the coupon was worth. I still have a mess today. My concern was clearly setting up. Certainly, the issues with a maintenance contract and budget would be fixed on Google. But that was not my concern. (see advice)
