Great place! There are ongoing construction I guess they're improving other areas.

I can't describe how much i love this place.. When you just need to walk through the skybrigde to reach the beach and enjoy sunset with live music, game rides and restaurants along side.. Very nice and romantic.

If you think Mall of Asia is good then you mustn't have been to many places.
Utter rubbish.
Everything the same.
No variety.
Sizes...all small.
Cut...very limited.
Staff are very good and friendly in the shops.
Computer screen maps...Not Working.
No maps...anywhere.
Serving profits and not the customers.

The staff just do not care. Their manner is evidently one of 'just gimme some money...I want to go home'.
The good manners and happiness in the smaller shops feels very Philippine.

But the overall feeling in the mall is 'greed, profit...get them in, get them out'.
No customer care....feels like a Chinese run mall.

As a manager I would drag the managers across the coals for their utter ineffectiveness.
Management of ths mall is absolutely disastrous.

SM security and customer service.....Absolutely Terrible.

LAZADA IS MUCH BETTER.

As of this month Feb. 2108, some area of SM MOA is under renovation. But you can still enjoy shopping, watching movie, and walking by the bay.

the place is good but transportation to go there is complicated.. please make sure taxi fare from airport before use it

At SM Mall of Asia, theyve got all what consumers need. From shopping, dining, indoor and outdoor fun, theyve got it all! Very convenient too since its very accessible weither youre from north or south. Its so huge to accomodate thousands of shoppers and its clean from all corners of the place. So for weekdays or weekend fun, MoA is always my choice!

Its the largest mall in Asia. :) Everything you need is there, Shops, Restaurants,Entertainment, Amusement Park and even the famous Manila Bay Sunset <3

Always a great day out here especially when it's a family trip. Plenty go do and see, large selection of restaurants to cater for every taste. Added bonus of watching spectacular sunsets at world famous Manila Bay

Nice place to visit. For first time manila visitors its a Must to add in your list

No water on all restrooms and feels like there is no a/c

Good place for family bondings coz it has a lot of restaurants, playground. It has funpark too.

No toilet roll in toilets unless you use the ones in bars, restaurants, cafe's etc. Really nice place tho.

It's one of biggest shopping and food area in Manila. On weekend many family and friends go there. They also have the attractions including Cinema, and near to City of Dreams and Okada to where there are shuttle buses.

Everything is there. Food, movies, arcades and of course shopping.

So many places to go to, has a lot of walking space (only crowded during holidays or sales), definitely a place if you want to have a good time. Location wise, it will be a pain in the ass to go to.

One day shopping is not enough, so many store's, and I like the beer department.

They always have fireworks display every Friday 7Pm

Previously dubbed the biggest mall in asia, this massive place has everything you'll ever need: food, shopping, groceries, bars to get some drinks, skating rink, cinema and more food than you can imagine,

It's located by the seaside and there's a fireworks display every weekend. There's a business district within the area, so you can think of it as Makati squeezed into a mall, minus the traffic.

Had fun on the rides.. Played some games.. Won a big soft toy minion... Had dinner at RICH... Had a Great day

The best place to find different things that you need

Enormous. Lots of activities going on and lots of things to do. Great for pasyal until your feet hurt.

Very good place for multi purpose shopping and entertainment

They got everything you need, from food to entertainment, departmenr srores, for the young and old, men and pets. MOA has it all!

This place is wide. Lots of variety to choice from. The have fun ride by the seaside in the night they have restobar with live band. Inside the mall lots of local and international shops. Beside the mall Is the Arena if you want to watch international concerts or sports they got it. You need the whole day to tour the area soo much things to look at. Inside they got hypermarket in case you run out of groceries. Lots of Cinemas in case you wanna watch some movies they got skating rink on the 4/f and some child friendly play area. If you get bored you can just watch the fireworks every Saturday. Easy access to taxi .

Huge. Really huge. Aside from the mall itself, amusement facilities are one of the reasons why you should come and visit. Electric trikes, bicycles for rent, the Ferris Wheel, and the carnival. Great place!

Very big large selection of goods. Bag holding area. All great!

Plenty things to do, plenty shops to window shop from & plenty of food stalls around. Grocery is well stocked. Parking is always almost available, just remember which entrance you entered or you've lost all sense of direction to your car.

We watched the live performing of the Philharmonic Orchestra playing Christmas songs yesterday inside and besides big Christmas tree

Biggest mall in Asia. I didn't walk all of it, but certainly got a sense of it. I'd definitely bring my family there the next time I am in Manila.

Biggest mall in Asia with anything you wish to eat or buy in a mall. A bit big for my liking but if you know what you are looking for go.

You must enjoy your shopping or even window shopping. Just have fun, bonding with friends and family. Place are good. Just enjoy it.

Huge shopping mall with every shop you can think of. Lots of food and drinks. Many photo opportunities outside. Great place to meet up with people. It's at least one whole day there

If you're planning to go to SM Mall of Asia and it's your first time, expect to use up the whole day if you want to see the entire mall. It gets tiring roaming around, but fortunately they have some places to sit down.

When you enter the main building entrance, there's a concierge area if you need to ask for directions to a specific outlet you're looking for. There are also digital maps placed in different places to check where you are (or just use Google Maps for general direction).

Mostly all places are wheelchair accessible. There are elevators to get to higher floors.

It's a large area, but it's very clean and safe.
Security presence is very good around the mall.
This is a good place to spend the whole day with family.

Huge mall, nice stores, lots of food choices. Live music in the evening, aan amusement park out back. Great views of the bay.

It is a very big place to visit and a perfect place to spend your time with your family as many leisure activities are available.

The word mall really doesn't do this place justice. They have remade the town center through a clean secure corporate vision. There are all the normal mall shops plus restaurants, a supermarket, and all kinds of other attractions.

It's very comfortable no matter what you do. Eat, walk around, shop, watch a movie... whatever you do will feel like an escape from reality as long as you enjoy yourself too.
