If you think Mall of Asia is good then you mustn't have been to many places.
Utter rubbish.
Everything the same.
No variety.
Sizes...all small.
Cut...very limited.
Staff are very good and friendly in the shops.
Computer screen maps...Not Working.
No maps...anywhere.
Serving profits and not the customers.

The staff just do not care. Their manner is evidently one of 'just gimme some money...I want to go home'.
The good manners and happiness in the smaller shops feels very Philippine.

But the overall feeling in the mall is 'greed, profit...get them in, get them out'.
No customer care....feels like a Chinese run mall.

As a manager I would drag the managers across the coals for their utter ineffectiveness.
Management of ths mall is absolutely disastrous.

SM security and customer service.....Absolutely Terrible.

LAZADA IS MUCH BETTER.
