I purchased a Halti Optifit head collar for my dog, which I found not suitable for my large German Shepherd X Husky .I phoned Purina and spoke with Justine from Pet Care. Justine was very helpful and professional and offered me a full refund which arrived in the mail in a form of a Visa card.
I would not hesitate to purchase more of their products.

We bought a simple trampoline bed and the pieces are uneven / screws are worn so nearly impossible to put together and then it collapses when my dogs hop on top.
Purina Totalcare poisened our cat. It should be banned for use on all cats in Australia!
