Very disappointed in the product quality control of their tea bags. We've had to throw out a high percentage of the latest box, because the bags tear when you remove the tag. Obviously using way too much glue. Three bags to make one cuppa is not acceptable.

Nerada loose leave tee used to be my the most favourite tee. I would drink it at any occasion and always take few packs for my each trip to overseas. It was for my own use, and I would take few boxes as presents as well. I don't buy it any more since the box is filled with a dust instead of the tea leaves. It just tastes terrible, releasing just the the tanin instead of a good aroma tea as it used to be. I wonder when the owners tasted the of the shalf product last time. Stan
I have to say that my wife and I have been using you tea for quite some time now and find it quite refreshing. About two years ago we started using your loose tea for our teapot, but we have found that even with the finest strainer we still get what I call (floor sweepings) or dust. I have found nowadays that this is the trend to grind the tea down to such tiny pieces that this problem occurs. It would be nice to have a pot of tea with actual decent size tea leaves like the good old days. Don't get me wrong, your tea has a very nice flavor, that is why we keep using it, but please lets go back to using tea leaves not Floor sweepings. Chris
Well worth a visit to the tea estate in the Atherton Tablelands. They serve a fabulous Devonshire tea and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing about visiting the site is that it has not been over commercialised and product prices are very reasonable. In my view their tea is every bit as good as teas from Sri Lanka and India. 8 June 2019.
