My flight was cancelled but Travel One contacted me and helped me get home earlier then expected. And their employees were so nice and helpful!
I have been fortunate enough to be able to attend multiple trips Travel One has orchestrated for a supply company that invites us along with hundreds of others. The trips have been throughout various countries in the world. The planning is exceptional and all aspects of the vacation are always fantastic. I recommend any corporate event planning needed to utilize there services.
Agents made sure to make it known it was a hassle to help their customers with questions, etc. Asked for credit card number and didn't have any idea what they were going to charge for the trip - Very poor customer service. Use a different travel agency.

my husband boughted my tickets in April of this year,i traveled in may the 26th 2016,they keep me uptodate through out my trip,customers service was great,illl book with them again in the future.
Purchased two tickets for my daughter and her friend to come visit me in Nevada back in Jan for March. At this time my daughter was 4-5 months pregnant. COVID-19 rates were high in New Orleans so There were limitations on travel. I attempted multiple times to contact agency during this time with no resolve. I took to their online process which I was informed I could not get a refund. Forward to now. I called multiple times and placed on hold for hours. My question to them was instead of a refund can we just change the name on the ticket so I can go visit them since now the baby is any-day now. I was then told I could not change the name on the ticket. I said to them I insured these tickets now you saying I can t get a refund or change the name to use them. I was told that the insurance was for catastrophic conditions. Well I said COVID-19 is a catastrophe. The supervisor promised to call me back and he didn t. Now Texas And Louisiana COVID-19 numbers are own the rise again. The company has refused to refund my money for the tickets. I have filed a complaint with the FAA and I will not stop until all monies are refunded
