The room was very clean, the bathroom was unfortunately only with a shower in the bathtub. But the area was very well-kept with a few pools for everyone, including indoor. The food was varied and very good. The service was courteous, attentive and very friendly. The beach was very clean with new loungers and parasols Hotel has earned its 5 stars and rightly so.

We booked this trip via Neckermann. Thanks to the great management, all Neckermann customers are allowed to complete their holidays for free. This is not self-evident in the current situation. We have stayed at this hotel 7 times. The Neptune Resort is always a great holiday guarantee. Great, well-kept area, beautiful beach, varied food, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere and optimal cleanliness! Can we only recommend it!

Due Corona we got the chance (I guess so) to get a good price for this hotel and flight. The pricing in the 5* Resort (food, drinks, treatments, activities, etc.) is fair. Not too high and you get great quality.

The people there are super friendly and very helpful.

The whole hotel complex is lovingly cared. Our rooms where brand new and we even got a free upgrade!

This Resort is the best thing what you can do if you really want a great quality and some relaxing days. Especially with the private beach.

A beautiful hotel which deserves the 5 stars. Super friendly and very hard-working staff that fulfilled all wishes. The hotel area, the rooms, restaurants, bars all well maintained and clean. The buffet in the main restaurant is very varied and the other restaurant have excellent food in top quality! There are 4 different pools to choose from where there is something for every taste or you just go to the sandy beach. One of the most kid-friendly hotels I know. Come back for sure!

I've been to many hotels - on business or on vacation. I have never experienced such a great atmosphere and service anywhere. This hotel, the beautiful grounds, the staff - from the first to the last second of my stay just perfect.
At the beginning of my vacation I asked if I could move from the main house to a bungalow - this request was granted at no extra charge. On the last day I was allowed to keep my room free of charge until the evening. The food is very varied and delicious. No matter where I went to this hotel, from the waiters, to the staff at the pool, at the reception to the cleaning ladies, every single member of staff was incredibly courteous and read every request from their eyes. The facility is spacious and fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. I will definitely be back.

A great place to go on vacation. Great area and everything is very nice and well-kept.

The hotel on Kos - all hopes and wishes are fulfilled. Whether you want to do sports, enjoy a day at the spa or just spend a day at the beach, anything is possible. There are also many pools, some with program, but we are beach walkers;). The beach is cleaned every morning and thanks to the breakwater not so much sand is removed. You can also lie under trees in the grass above. The new showers on the beach are great, as are the cabins. The complex is lovingly decorated, with many things that you can (re) discover, even for regulars. With great care, everything is maintained and kept clean. The food is amazing, on the scales in the room you better not go;). At the breakfast and dinner buffet everyone will find something and it tastes so good. For years we have decided to visit one of the other restaurants in the hotel and do not come. But you can get during the day in the bars and small snacks or an iced coffee or in the gelateria an ice cream. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful, for the kids, no matter how much to do, a smile. In the hotel shop you can stock up on drinks, beach / pool towels are provided by the hotel, in the spa you can borrow books. The sports program is very diverse, ranging from swimming, surfing and sailing courses on the gym to mini golf, tennis and badminton and a bike rental, there is no boredom. The rooms are very nice, the indirect light in the renovated rooms is great and the air conditioning and mosquito net ensure that you can sleep well at night. Before that you can enjoy different evening programs. And when swarming you would like to book directly for the coming year: D

I have been back to this hotel for years and it is always very nice. The only problem for older people is the sometimes long walk if you live in one of the back rooms and have to go to the sea for over five minutes.

Pretty big area, many nice pools. Great beach, gym too. Kids club could be better. Friendly, attentive service. No free water, but in the mini market you get for a good 3 euros 9 liters. Only half board, buffet would need more choice.

Here is a short feedback on our Kos trip.

Everything was really as recommended by you:

* Processing at airports & flights unexpectedly unproblematic - we really imagined THAT worse.

* Very beautiful & well-kept hotel complex, and, as you described in advance, very extensive & spacious. We have actually never seen such a large system ...

* Staff in all areas (especially F&B and housekeeping) very committed & always friendly. Top!

* Food in the main restaurant OK - everything is there, but always the same apart from the one evening specialty station. Good, but varied ...

* Great beaches & great panorama of the offshore islands - and of the Turkish coast!

* There is actually not much to see on Kos - you were right about that too. But just right for our purpose: we just wanted to hang out ...

All in all, an almost round story - FAST:

Since the renovated comfort double rooms were unfortunately no longer available when we booked, we decided on one of the standard double rooms that can still be booked. Despite our early arrival, this was only available from 3 p.m. - but that is a perfectly understandable procedure. We were given a changing room to bridge the gap.

Unfortunately, the room allocated to us in the main building in the afternoon turned out to be very small - despite the fantastic view. In fact, you could hardly turn in the bathroom. Of course, we immediately asked for an optimization of the room situation - gladly for a corresponding surcharge. We were offered a move to a comfort double room for the next day.

Not an ideal way to start your holiday - but so far, so good.

Here it comes: the next morning we saw on the escape route map attached to the room door that we had been assigned one of the smallest rooms in the house: apparently from the room category eco-double or single.

Wow!

This was followed by crisp, but also time-consuming and, in the end, really annoying conversations with the front desk manager, who guiltily and embarrassed us from now on nodded off everything, and now all of a sudden promised us the originally booked and paid standard double room for the afternoon. When we asked what he (or whoever) had thought of our room allocation, he could only shrug his shoulders in embarrassment - but neither provide a comprehensible explanation nor an appropriate apology.

The standard double room in the main building (a few rooms further next to the first-time small room) was then significantly larger. A bit out of date, but in favor of the really sensational view, we opted for this - and forego the comfort double room in one of the flatter buildings further away.

If we move the room from a usually If we had NOT complained about the expected lack of knowledge of the premises, we would have been allowed to relax in the small room for the entire period of our stay - and no one would have said anything. Definitely not...

You can talk to the guests and definitely offer them an upgrade until the room that was actually booked and PAID is available. And if there is no other way, the presidential suite, etc ..
But without losing a single syllable, giving the guest a SMALLER category room - what do you call something like that? I agree

Conclusion: this really lousy number spoiled the overall fun of the holiday. We were and are STUCK PURE! I really haven't seen anything like it before. What a shame!

We will probably wait until the last day for an apology from the house ...

It is a beautiful area, with many pools, very friendly staff, especially for children. Kids club is great too. In addition, very well cared for, everything is put in order if something is .. We had a family room at the Olympic Pool with a magnificent view, much better than the bungalows in the first row of the beach ...
Bike rental, tennis basketball and a Real Madrid soccer camp for minis in summer.
For me a system that leaves nothing to be desired. However, we were also there in the preseason, when everyone is particularly nice and not yet annoyed ..

I was there in the 1st week of October.
Very modern room and really really clean! Kudos to the cleaning staff! I thought it was cool that there were different light settings. So you could have full lighting or subtle light. For that it has these modern string lights. Even in the bathroom. The many sockets and fixed USB and HDMI connections on the wall were also helpful.
The facility is large, clean and well-kept and not overcrowded during my travel time. There were more than enough free loungers.
The staff are very friendly. The selection of food at the buffet is varied and if you add the various restaurants, then you don't get spoiled so quickly. The quality of the food is consistently good!
I think the supermarket within the complex is cool. There you can buy drinks at affordable prices and take them to the beach or consume them in your room. It also has a fridge in the room. The food is then a bit more expensive.

The hotel has its own surf station on the beach. I took a course and can only say good things. The crew there is super cool and you learn a lot if you are interested! A great job is done there too! Great!!! I was fortunate that all of the material could be used without further ado after the course hours and that there were no further borrowing costs. So surf unlimited! :-)
One can be divided as to whether the place is suitable for beginners. In any case, it is always somehow windy, but the waves are (too) high for beginners. But no matter ... if you learn like that, then it will be all the easier on shallow waters.

It should be noted that in the evening in the hotel it is rather dead. It has a program like everywhere in the big hotels, but that's not my thing. The bars are only occupied by individual guests and the couples and families are in excess. Especially as a single traveler you should know what to do with yourself. For me it was a planned "work" vacation and so I always had something to do. All in all a great vacation.
I plan to come back here mainly for surfing. But then maybe at one time of the year.
