An incredibly spacious area awaits the traveler with 4 pools for swimmers and 2 children's pools. There is even a pool with an Olympic swimming lane and a depth of 1.90 m!
The location is extremely quiet. The bungalows are all only a maximum of 2 floors.
The buffet is more than sufficient and leaves nothing to be desired.
The kids have their own locked area at the back of the hotel complex, where there is also a water playground.
The complex itself and the rooms are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and extremely attentive. At the reception they mostly speak German and always have an open ear should problems arise.
There is a bus to Kos town, the stop of which is right on the main road.
If you want a relaxed high-quality vacation, this is the right place for you.
You can't go wrong with the island and this hotel.

P.S. What irritated me, however, was that there were still smoking areas outside the restaurant. Too bad that this area was right at the exit of the restaurant and BEFORE the non-smoking outdoor area. So the smoke not only moved into the restaurant, but as a non-smoker you had to wander through the smoking area with your food. A very simple restructuring would remedy this.

Nice hotel, nice staff. And for dinner, they bother you if you don't take long trousers (who take long trousers to the sea) but it's a common dining room that charges you 4eura for water

Very nice, extensive area right on the beach. The garden is very well maintained. The sports facilities are versatile, highly recommended are the yoga lessons at Angeliki. The breakfast and dinner buffet is great. All staff were always very friendly and helpful. All in all a hotel that you can recommend.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and felt comfortable from the first second. A very neat and clean facility with extremely attentive staff. Due to the extensive area there are no problems with the loungers at any of the 4 pools or the directly adjacent beach.
The rooms are very clean and in good shape. The sports and entertainment program is also diverse and there is no boredom.
We would come back anytime.

The complex is spacious, but you still pay attention to details such as statues or information signs.
The food was great. Various themed restaurants with fresh, varied and delicious food.

Corona is an issue, but it is taken very seriously and we try to be as careful as possible. Tables, loungers, etc. are disinfected after each guest, everyone is wearing face masks and gloves, disinfectant dispensers everywhere ...

A wonderful place to relax! Very friendly and well trained staff. Wide range of sports and leisure options. The complex is very well maintained and harmonious, everything is clean and the sustainability also against the world, with which the hotel is led is exemplary! You should start a diet before, because the food here tastes so good and after the holiday could easily be slightly more on the scales. We are a young couple and have been to Kos for the first time. We can say, on the whole island of Kos, we did everything right with the Neptune Hotel. We have been traveling a lot with the quad and can say with certainty that we had the most beautiful beach section. A great area, where even in high season people spread well and you always find a free beach chair. Good sports and fitness program, spa and offers are great and the food is varied and good. Friendly staff, well-kept rooms and beautiful green area. We'll be back and recommend it to everyone (family, couples, singles).

Everything was great just the classification of the rooms is too generalized. They are not all five stars.

Wonderful hotel complex, specified as a five star hotel, located directly on the sea with its own beach, which is very well maintained and on which there are always enough loungers and parasols. In addition, several pools, including a spacious 50-meter pool that invites you to swim laps. Overall, the distribution of the pools is cleverly placed so that you can always find a quiet spot, even if you are not a beach-goer.
Everywhere, the extremely friendly staff paid great attention to compliance with the corona hygiene concept, without the guests noticing this. This also continued with the food - half board. Behind plexiglass panes, the dishes, etc. presented in buffet form were placed on your plate by the staff. The concept works amazingly well and also has the advantage that guests don't shovel food onto their plates in an uncontrolled and unsavory way and leave half of it lying there. The hotel will surely save a lot on food. The food is very tasty and varied. With reference to Corona, the rooms are only cleaned every two days, which is not understandable, but is not a real problem.
The rooms in the best price category do not correspond to a five-star level in terms of equipment. This applies above all to the bathroom, which is still equipped with a shower curtain - unfortunately dirty on arrival - and has no sockets.
Upon arrival, when checking in, it was suggested that you would even get an upgrade because of Corona. The initial joy was followed by disillusionment on inspection of the room. When asked about the furnishings in the usual rooms, we were not given an answer. We were then offered an upgrade to the next higher category for a price of 95 per night. With 14 days so just under 1300 . Not acceptable at a travel price of around 3000 (half board without drinks). From our point of view, a 5-star hotel must also offer this level in the cheapest room category and cannot only start offering this level in the higher room categories. This is definitely not the case with the best price rooms. The rooms with the not very attractive bathrooms are only on a 3 star level.
It was also annoying that although the pools were open from 8 a.m., the cleaning by the staff took place at this time. So in the morning you unfortunately swam back and forth between hoses and had to put up with annoying looks from the staff. At the request of reception that this could be changed, we were asked to contact our tour operator. That also doesn't testify to customer friendliness. Actually, the hotel should be happy that guests come back to vacation despite the pandemic that has not yet been overcome. Unfortunately, it didn't always seem like that with the senior staff at the hotel. The care of ByeBye trips before the start of the trip was unfortunately miserable. The availability of contact persons was almost impossible. With such a performance towards loyal customers, the question arises whether the industry is doing enough itself to overcome the crisis. Our experiences speak against it.
Overall, however, you will be compensated by the great holiday country Greece and its consistently fantastic weather and climate. We're going back to Greece.
The hotel is also recommended and we would go back.

Quite a large area, is very well maintained and clean. Practically everything in the hotel complex from the mini market to the fitness room, a small theater and 3-4 different restaurants without the hotel buffet. In addition, 4 pools for small children and adults, direct access to the beach.
The new rooms are nice and you have everything you need. On the whole, everything is very good. And recommendable.
Since I was here during the Corona period, I can't say how it is usually here, it doesn't have that many guests. What I can absolutely recommend is the taverna and Meating (2 restaurants in the complex). Staff very friendly.

Great facility the top is kept in good shape. Numerous pools and beautiful sandy beach. Always enough beach chairs, no stress around towels or umbrellas. Main restaurant partly a bit busy and noisy. Many sports activities etc as well as top child care. Hotel bars quite high priced, but just acceptable. Comfort room very nicely furnished. Especially for families and if you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful hotels in which we have been able to be guests so far. Everything is right here and it will certainly not be the last visit :)

Our stay (13 nights) in a double room. The food was good. The entire resort is reminiscent of a small village, is very quiet and very well maintained. Quiet beach days or sports activities, everything is there. All staff are very helpful and very friendly. To emphasize was the upper "Haris". He provided both during breakfast, as well as at dinner for a feel-good atmosphere, the same addiction! Overall, highly recommended.

Neptune combines many beautiful together. Location, sea, service, courtesy, quality, comfort!

Perfect food, nice staff, wheelchair-friendly for wheelchair users can be accessed by wheelchair. The whole area adapted for wheelchairs, rooms wheelchair accessible, clean. Bathrooms also wheelchair accessible.Minimarkt, clothing store, souvenirs, shoes .. You can find really everything there. Tavern with delicious food and other snacks. Tennis courts, a large parking lot, a theater almost every night and a neppi disco are a pleasant diversification for the little ones. Thanks to the neppi land team for nice animation and cordiality

Lots of space, lots of beach, lots of pool, lots of good food, fun for kids and great service!

Great hotel with good food. Animation was sometimes off or was shortened, probably because of the approaching end of the season (but should not be). It is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and fond of children. It has several restaurants and (snack) bars. Unfortunately no drinks in the evening for free (at least water or juice for the children). The sweets at the children's buffet are inappropriate. In addition, it is relatively expensive (drinks, ice cream, etc.). The kids club lit the kids pool is great, in the evening there is a movie at the restaurant, however, the start times are not well considered (the kids can not eat before or afterwards only fast if they want to kids disco). The shows are ok but nothing outstanding as is the kids disco. The kitchen in the apartment does not help you much because the supermarket does not even sell pasta or tomato sauce. Everything is very well maintained, the pools are cleaned daily and the beach is great. We liked it very well, but it is also very high priced so you might expect that there are no small points of criticism.

Absolutely recommendable hotel. The facility is very clean and well-kept. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of choice, nothing is missing. Direct beach location, beautiful beach. We found the man-made breakwaters in the water a bit annoying, but you can quickly find sections where that is not possible.
There are several restaurants on the complex, but you should pay attention to the prices, which are significantly higher for drinks. When booking half board, you get a 50% discount in the evening.
We had a great time and would go back.

After the check-in it was still possible to have dinner in the evening and then we were driven to our apartment with the vehicle and the luggage.

The following day we explored the large but clearly laid out area of the resort.

It has signposts everywhere and you know your way around very quickly after a very short time.

Various restaurants, spending on beach towels, shopping opportunities, shopping boutiques, and a number of pools are available.

Sports and fitness are also provided.
Two well-equipped fitness rooms, a soccer field, a basketball court, several tennis courts, a mini golf course, archery, bike rental and a sports office are available.

The car rental office is also convenient for excursions.

There is really only good news to report about the main restaurant of the hotel.

The dishes are all freshly prepared. Everything is very balanced and the cooking is healthy.
There is a large selection of international and local dishes, all of which are well prepared.

We were inspired by the service.
With so many guests it is really a tough job and not easy.
Nevertheless, the service is absolutely exemplary and the employees not only seem superficially nice to the guests, but you can tell that they are happy.
Here also a compliment to the management of the hotel.

I can only report positive things about the covid-19 measures.

It has a beautiful view and can wonderfully watch the sunset.

Can not begin to recommend this hotel enough! Location is fantastic and there is everything available on site. You never have to leave the hotel. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable, modern and very tech savvy. All rooms open to either a balcony or patio with a gorgeous view. Few pools to choose from as well as restaurants - have to give a shout out to The Tavern and Osteria - a Greek and Italian restaurant on site that were both outstanding. The spa is luxurious and well worth the money. Multiple treatments to choose from - and the tea they give you prior to and after your treatment is amazing. We had a fantastic long weekend away.

So deserving of its 5 star status!

Hotel: wonderful facility, great staff. The food is very rich and next to the main restaurant there are several small restaurants. For half board you can only eat in the main restaurant, in the next restaurant you get at dinner 50 percent. At prices of 13 euros for a pizza but no snapper. Drinks are exclusive, except for breakfast.

Supersaver room :

The room itself is nice, modern and well furnished.

Shortcoming: the bathroom is in almost all super-saving rooms (according to the front desk) with disabled equitable bathrooms. This was not readable in advance. Therefore a point deduction.
After consultation with the front desk the room would have been moved 4 days later, but it was not so wild, so we did not use it.

Addendum: After the first few days you have to say that everything here is excellent. The gym is very well equipped, several pools and the buffet is very bad

Nice holiday village but no beach
The Hotel is a holiday village, although it is not new it is well cared for and has been built well with good materials and is still in excellent condition.
the rooms and bathrooms are nice, there are 3 restaurants 3 big pools and many other activities facilities.
I have booked for 2 days thinking it was a normal Hotel instead it is a village with a lot of people that fortunately is divided in the three swimming pools and on the lawn near the sea therefore it is good.
the beach and the sea on this side of the island are not beautiful.
I am not used to this type of holiday and Kos is not really the ideal Greek island it is just right of passage to take direct flights to Italy.

Great resort to spend your vacation. Several pools - so you can change places if it gets too wild or loud. Nice walks possible: along the sea hill, along a beautiful square filled with statues made of rusted iron.
Huge selection at the buffet. Room very pleasant in beautiful buildings which make everything even more beautiful.
Also child-friendly.
Offers many options for fitness, massage, spa, etc.

Great facility, it is very big and clean. Food is perfect. Staff is very nice. English, German and Greek is spoken.

Large and spacious rooms, almost every room has a private pool, however in the winter months the few outdoor pools serve you less and you need an indoor pool.

Beautiful location and surroundings. Let down however by cleaners who moved toothbrushes etc. and left floors and balcony soaking wet... room with balcony in main building quite small (for 2); biggest let down was that we were given twin beds though we booked a double bed. Buffet offered a wide range of food, but food was rather tasteless. Friendly staff were helpful, cater heavily for Germans. Was so noisy outside that it wasn't possible to sleep with the windows open, which would have been preferable given 25 degree heat at night!

It is an incredibly beautiful, clean and spacious area with many pools and a wonderful stretch of beach.

On arrival we were welcomed in a very friendly manner and received the room card for our great deluxe room.
This was very well equipped and modern. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. However, I would have found a bed with a single mattress better than with 2 single mattresses. The bathroom was equipped with a huge, walk-in shower, which was separated from the rest of the bathroom (with its own ventilation system), which I found very positive. The exposure both in the room and in the bathroom were perfect. (usually not like this in other hotels)

The beach section was equipped with comfortable loungers and you could take great walks on the beach from there.

The breakfast was also very good, but I would have liked the waffles and pancaces to be freshly prepared as they were already partly cold and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Otherwise great buffet with everything you could want (e.g. salmon, fresh fruit salad, freshly prepared scrambled eggs or omelets ...)

There were some delicious restaurants in the area such as the Tam Tam or the Perasma tavern.

Overall, the stay was perfect and we really relaxed at the Neptune. I can unreservedly recommend this hotel.

Very large, but beautiful and well-kept area. Friendly service with mostly quite good food (considering the many guests). The sports offer is ok, sometimes organized a bit carelessly. For friends of water sports (sailing, catamaran sailing) the range of equipment is rather manageable. Diving and snorkeling are only offered on the other side of the island.

Pure vacation, best hotel we have been to so far. From start to finish everything was right here, great entertainment, large pool area.
