We are currently here. An absolute dream of this hotel. Nothing is missing. Super clean, perfect service, great food and warm hosts. We were definitely not the last time here. Keep it up!

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Neptune in Kos. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and every member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. In addition to several pools and restaurants, the Neptune also offers a small minimarket, pool bars, numerous sporting activities such as basketball, golf or a well-equipped gym. Every evening there is a show in the own theater. Our highlight was the evening buffet in the main restaurant: here is really something for everyone. For example, there is a small buffet for the children. The food is fresh and varies daily between fish and meat dishes. We really liked it and we will surely come back someday!

Last summer there were :-) It was just fantastically beautiful. Our hotel room was very clean, the towels and sheets were freshly painted every day. The food is just great. In the evening you can order delicious cocktails at the bar and enjoy the view. But the highlight was, the restaurant "Proteas", in which we were on the last evening. Really chic and very very beautiful !!!! We will gladly come back and recommend this hotel !!!

We had a double room deluxe and were very satisfied ....... the complex has something to offer for everyone ..... the service staff was always very friendly ... and we had an unforgettable holiday. ....

We had a wonderful vacation in the deluxe room by the sea. The service was friendly everywhere and very good. The children's program and fitness program were particularly excellent. In the evening you could visit various offers in the bar and in the theater. The only drawback was the volume at dinner inside in the main restaurant, but that cannot be avoided with the size and amount of people. The food was varied and tasted good. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We have a week family vacation with our one year old son in this area and are thrilled.
Absolutely recommended for a family vacation. Everything was really right here!
The offer of pools, beach areas, restaurants is very large and for the little ones there are always separate offers.
To emphasize is the friendliness of the staff, which speaks German everywhere.
We'll be back!

A star deduction for the "old" rooms we stayed in. They'll be renovated this winter.
With an extra bed, our room was very small. The second room (next door with a door) for the kids was fine.
We look forward to the next visit. To nd we had a room right by the theater; it was very loud in the evening.

One star less because Little facilities for families with children. There are not very shaded alleys around the hotel. Location far to the city.

We were here for the fourth time. The hotel has everything .....

So extensive that it seems there are not many people, there really is something for everyone, sea or swimming pools, 4 restaurants, 2 refreshments, attentive staff, very large rooms where you can do not hear the noise from outside, everything to please ...

One of the best hotels on Kos. Large and spacious complex with several pools and direct beach location. The staff is very attentive and the service very good. The buffet will unfortunately a bit monotonous after a few days. But there are many alternatives on the site, where you have to pay. This is also the decisive downer. The prices are salted and you feel except as a Christmas goose. The audience is lifted and correspondingly high also the proportion of sticks in the ass.
Were here in October. The sea and pool were cool and the cold wind in the long run unpleasant. Consequently, were never in the water.
If all this does not bother you can spend a nice time here.
Definitely recommend the Tamtam Bar 100m along the beach towards southwest. A hoard for all high-priced refugees and very cozy!

We chose this hotel; as it had the best rating - we can confirm that 100%! The complex is very nice and big and the beach is right next door. The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff (in each department) is very friendly. You feel super comfortable. The food and the entire staff in the restaurant (behind the counters, as well as the waiters) were excellent! We would love to come back. Thank you for this wonderful, unforgettable time !!

Nice location, good food, wide range of sports. Small drawback: only a few water slides for children.

Very big hotel with lots of swimming pools. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Lots of activities for kids.

Family friendly resort, private beach with sand, large family rooms, good buffets for breakfast and dinner. WiFi coverage is spotty (Lobby works fine but not rooms) but included in arrangements. We definitely recommend this place for a family with small children.

A very large and spacious hotel complex. Relatively small beach. Lots of sunbathing areas above the beach. Due to the large number of families with children and toddlers, you rarely find a quiet place. Except at the adult pool. This also applies to meals. Very loud and restless, caused by the children. But that doesn't diminish the overall impression, because the area with the beautiful trees and plants is very well maintained.
The food does not correspond to a 5 * star hotel, but is average good. An absolute no-no is smoking during meals. Therefore we will not book this hotel anymore.

Family holiday. What a hotel! Just great! Rarely experienced such a nice and polite hotel staff! Very child-friendly and couples without children have enough quiet places for themselves;)

Paradise. Photos don t justice to this beautiful place. I ve been to many 5* hotels around the world, and this has been one of my favourite ones. The service is just amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. You can swim in about 4-5 different pools (some are more quiet than others), or you can spend the day at its private, white sandy beach (there are 2 sides). Watch the sunset at the grass area...it s simply beautiful. Also, the spa was a wonderful relaxing experience. Food is also good, as well as the mini golf and essentially everything. The new rooms are very comfortable and modern. The only place that I would not recommend is the fine dining restaurant Proteas - very overpriced and not worth it. Besides that, if you re planning to visit Kos, come and stay here. I will definitely be returning to this magical place, and will not even bother to look at other hotels. Thank you for such a fantastic holiday! Looking forward to being back.

Great service, very nice staff, very well-kept area, can only be recommended! The only weak point was the varied food, which was probably due to the corona situation. The restaurants on the site make for variety and are very good.

After this vacation we wrote the following letter to the hotel management:
Dear Sirs and Madames,

courtesy requires this address, although we would rather write dear friends . It is the last evening of our vacation. Unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow after eleven wonderful days and nights. In the last two years we have given up a lot in order to be able to fulfill this dream and of course we were a little worried at the beginning whether it was worth it. Well, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the entertainment that never leaves boredom is stylish. But it is always the people who tip the scales. Every minute with them was a pleasure and every smile we showed we got back with interest and compound interest from everyone we met here. We deliberately do not use the word "staff", because it does not in the least do justice to the unobtrusive friendliness and helpfulness with which everyone here looked after us.

We have nothing left than to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time.

Great hotel. Everything was great, even in corona times. Top organization. Perfect location. Wonderful pools and a beautiful sandy beach.

The hotel is great! It is perfect. (700 meters from a water park, close to other places of interest (eg Kos city ...) also it is not far from the airport. (10-15min bus ride)) The hotel itself has really everything (beach, various sports ( Fitness center, surf lessons, tennis courts ....) Everything else is as well as the food is great too for vegans there are many offers (the ice cream parlor in the hotel has even 7-10 different fresh ice creams) I could now many more points, but That would be too much, I can only recommend the hotel, there are offers for everyone, there is really everything.

Beautiful place, with pro staff, nice appartments, and everything you need. However, if you want to experiance Greece this is not your place. Don't get me wrong. The place has six/seven restaurants, lots of pools, a great beach with free sunbeds, beachtowels etc. But after being at Kalymnos with "mommys" cooking and find your place enviroment location, it got to crowded for me. BUT, although the place was not for me, it might be for you. Nothing wrong with quality in anything

This hotel complex is perfect. We love it here and the kids too! The buffet is a little different every morning and evening, so everyone can find something. We were never the family that goes to the same island and the same hotel complex every year but the Neptune has won us over as regular guests and is always convincing. Looking forward to seeing you again in May.

The 2nd time here. Come again. Very clean, staff at the end of the season absolutely attentive and friendly. It fits perfectly for us.

Never again!!!

We have never experienced such bad service. When we arrived we had to wait 5 hours for our room. After we could finally get into the room, we found a totally dirty room. After our complaint at the reception, it took another hour for the cleaning staff to start cleaning the room. The dirt on the dustpan (see photo) is only part of the dirt from our room.

The dining room resembles a cafeteria = large & loud

The service left a lot to be desired in every respect.

Probably one of the best on Kos. There is much offered and the facilities are very well maintained. If you just want to go to the sea, this is the right place!

I love this hotel! I'm here for the eighth time this year and will definitely come more often! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice and the hotel area was well maintained, spacious and beautiful. For me one of the best hotels ever!

I can only recommend this hotel to anyone it is perfect. The food is very good. The service was great and the staff very nice. The rooms are very clean and there is plenty for kids.

The facility is great. The room is great and the people are friendly. But the food at breakfast and at the snack bar is really not even on the level of a 3 star hotel. In addition, the P / L ratio is not correct. In addition, you have to wait ages for a service on the beach. Over an hour. And then the drink was not carbonated. The coffee was also a cheek at breakfast and at the snack bar.

Very large, well-kept hotel complex with many pools and a great beach. Due to the spaciousness, pools, restaurants and bars are never overcrowded and you can always find a place.
The plantings are cared for with great attention to detail and laid out very nicely.
The personnel is very friendly and courteous.
We were given a small suite with a small kitchen, an extra bedroom and a terrace, even though we had only booked a double room.
The food in the buffet restaurant was good.
The ambience in the dining room is not very romantic, the coveted tables outside are even more so.
The other a la carte restaurants looked very nice but we didn't try them. Here I would have liked to have included the half-board amount for dinner in the prices, which was not the case.
Many activities (e.g. tennis, some sports courses, water sports ...) have to be paid extra. We were particularly surprised by the price of EUR 9 per person for a round of mini golf (EUR 7 for children).

In general, the hotel is family-friendly, clean and very recommendable (also for couples) !!!!!

Repeaters - gladly again and again! Generous, quiet, clean with great staff in all areas. The latter also seem to feel comfortable there, they often and gladly meet them again.

My special requests were also openly addressed and a solution was sought for everything.

High prices in the complex for almost everything. Prices like in Switzerland. Coffee and ice cream are even more expensive.

We stayed at Neptune for 2 weeks in September and it was our second stay at this hotel. And ... we will definitely be back. Great large well-kept resort in the village style, where everyone will find a perfect spot for his taste, no wonder with 4 pools and a beautiful beach. What we like most is the tree shade, which you can also have on the beach. The service is outstanding and the staff really nice. What makes Neptunes an absolute highlight for us is the sailing station. We are avid cat sailors and such a well-equipped station with a competent team is rare. For us the perfect package!

Nice on the whole. But do not order noodles Bolognese. I had 2 pieces of wood in the food. Really that sounds unbelievable but is true !!!!!! Staff is also very rude!
