I was wrong and I am man enough to say I was wrong I did give Neotronics SA a bad review . But what Marvin did me for was unthinkable never thought that there is still companies in this country that has any pride left in them . Marvin I will always be grateful for what you did for me . I can say with pride that this is a company that stands out above all other companies and will have my support always . Neotronics SA well done and keep up the good work and the pride that you serve your customers .

Great service always nice, never had problems with their products, only had an issue with the courier guy, but products and service was great and not badly priced!

I'm quite disappointed in the product (protective eyewear) and Neotronics' reaction to my complaint. I ordered a pair of goggles which Neotronics claims to provide sufficient protection when used with an ND YAG machine. The goggles don't even block light from a level 1 laser pointer, let alone a level 4 ND YAG. Yet Neotronics refuses to refund and will only replace the goggles if I pay the courier costs, again!
