You got people to see you climbing up the ladder people get jealous and envious of you because you going up and they not

Fast and very attentive people who receive very consistent in their roles

Worst place too work, poor communication, too much favortism in team leaders and supervisors, was treated really bad,

This place needs an email to report bad employees. This gentleman here is texting or on a call every time we come here. He is always parked in the way where he can be seriously injured and always makes others wait on him to move. I really like this company but this guy is just begging to be the next YouTube accident star

If you are looking for a job, I would stay away from this one. The place looks great on the outside, however the employees tend to be quite racist, and the favoritism is horrible. If you aren t in the right click then you can prepare yourself to be fired or get the worst schedule. The pay isn t that good for the hours, and you work around 11 days on, with only one day off. Badges tend to break easy, and the turnstiles lock up a lot when you are trying to go through them. Don t trust anyone here either, as there are many employees that get mad at their friends and report them to security for drugs or other things. Drug deals are frequent in the top temp parking lot, and there isn t enough parking in the plant, so expect to park on the side of the road. As for truck drivers, plan to be here for 2 hours on a good day. Some drivers have to wait 4 to 6 hours just to get loaded.

I've been here a couple of years and know most employees in the plant. These are the nicest people you could ever hope to work with. If you show up, work hard and keep your nose down you will have no issues. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the parking.

They work you 19 days straight and if you get sick want let you get well

The best company I have ever worked for. In the automotive parts industry companies are very competitive. A missed delivery or bad quality sent to the automotive manufacturer will result in massive fines for every minute the main lines are down. At Magna I learned how important the mngmnt is to that process.
The typical manager must be conversant.with all of the skills used in the procesd. They say car parts are not made in meetings they are made on the plant floor and the only people that make money are the operators.

Too much work and not enough money.. I like to work, but I at least want to get paid for what I'm worth, especially at this place. Tired of getting injured at this place and expected to move faster.. Kinda like the work is more important than you are. Heavy equipment. Stupid line changes. Bad additudes. Mostly tired of working every single day and only making $520 a week. Also tired of my clothes getting tore up and getting grease all over me.

At first i thought this was a great place to work. I was a temp and quickly realized they treat temps as less than, its alot of favoritism and the managers/ supervisors have nast attiudes

Expanded their building, now half the employees are parking on the side of the road. Very unsafe for employees and passing motorist.

Their employee, Melvin Vinn, as known on Facebook, cheaped our on a fellow car enthusiast by sending a Cobb access port . Me Lovin actually sent him a small vial of liquid inside a apple iPhone box. When questioned, Melvin blocked JC McDaniel.

Long story short, of an employee who has worked for this company for over a year is this shady, I can t imagine the character of the business he works for is.
