Worst hotel I've ever been to. Racist people working the check in And breakfast sucked . Definitely would never recommend

The staff here isn't the best. A lot of them are pretty rude. Not only that, this place is pretty run down. It's like they lost a big hand and have been hemorraging ever since. I didn't stay here but it's near where I live. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't stay here if I had the option.

It have a big bed in the room. We get great sunshine from windows in the morning.
Having a simple breakfast but I love it ,especially hot congee and pickled cabbage. I think food is a important memories during travel. And I got it here.

Played multiple one hour sessions on each table never had a winning session. House doesnt wash or shuffle decks repeat hands over and over. Unrealistic to lose every hand in black jack UTH and Pai gow like i have. Avoid casino. Friendly service though

This place is horrible! Staff could not find my booking info that was done a month prior to my arrival. Staff made me feel as though it was my fault and I needed to resolve the issue.

Entrance is very dangerous! Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot. The hotel rents the parking lot to a valet company. When asked about parking for the hotel stay, the valet was very rude and treated me as though I was lying to him about staying.

When the parking issue was resolved, I was sent to a gated area to an underground parking structure that is very dangerous for females and has the high potential for criminal acts to occur.

When the room situation was resolved, I was placed in the 8th floor. Several room doors were opened and occupied. The people and there rooms appeared to look like they had very long stays. The room lights did not come on, the furniture is very old, no cable television or very bad reception.

The casino areas appeared to be make shift areas. I used to visit this place often 15 years ago and I must say that this place is ready to be torn down.

I do not feel safe here, if I known all this before had, I would have spent the extra money. Then they have you leave a $50 incidental fee, for old furniture, broken sink and two bottles of water.

I have not even unpacked my bags because I don t know if it s safe to be here. A little higher price for a more quality place is worth it!

Used to work here. I'll sum it up for you in a few words. Trashy, Ghetto, Dirty, Bed Bugs, Rigged tables and ignorant employees. Don't even bother stepping foot in this place. It is a joke.

Beautiful rooms with a great view from the top floor

It was a terrible experience. Our room had dusty carpet , and the TV was scratchy. The power went out one of the days also . Breakfast was only corn porridge, kimchi, and hotdogs.

The rooms are clean we stayed at at 4th floor and the 7th, there's difference between floors. The upper you get better the room. The hotel is always crowded because of the casino. Lots of strange people there, and we were told not to leave our valuable items in the dry room. Which is weird...

The staff here go above and beyond my expectations in every way. I misplaced a personal item and because of their hard work i was able to retrieve the items i lost. Stay here if customer service is the most important part of your experience. Rooms are neat and clean i preffer the luxury king suite. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.

The boss is Chinese, the hotel can see Chinese everywhere, it is more convenient for friends who can't speak Chinese, and there are a lot of meals and supermarkets behind the hotel. There is also a casino downstairs, the overall feeling is good!

I love the free $5 dollars and up 21 black jack plays and the split bets and double card bets

Although it's an older hotel the room was nice , but it smelled awful. The guys at the front desk were nice. Requested a room change, but it was the hotel was totally booked. Someone was sent to the room to spray something that really did not help. They offered a free breakfast, but I did not bother. I opened up the window and just dealt with the awful smell.

This place is ghetto af!!!... Hallway smells & service slow.

Very good hotel, great value for money, compared with the same grade, hey, there are many repeat customers to stay at the hotel.

Kinda felt like the dealers played me when I was just asking how the game worked and doing so I lost a lot on the first hand due to dealers advice basically played my hand for me when I asked the meaning and rules on how to play

Quality of service: Front desk was polite, security guards polite and helpful.

Under renovation at this time of my stay in this hotel. Do have Chinese foods to order in this casino. Never go hungry though the price is expensive. Behind the casino, three minutes walk down, a variety of malls n shopping arcades like Best Buy stores, et cetera. Security wise, it's peaceful to walk around here.

Good hotel better to check in during daylight hours or you will be waiting. Using booking.com dont forget you will still need a $100.00 security fee to be put on your credit card cash is not excepted for a security fee this practice is common in case your a idiot celebrities trashing rooms. Yes we are penalized for this so prepare for that $100.00 charge on your credit card if you have none dont plan on staying at these hotels.

This place is cool that rooms feel very private and the staff is helpfull and by almeans always minding there own bussiness

Elevators didnt work. Pool isnt open. Parking is bad. And service was horrible.

Great place if you like tables. No slots at all. Mostly people of Asian ethnicity but that's no problem for me,all of the Asian friends I've had have always been more loyal than any of my friends of same ethnicity as me.

The room was very large and would stay again next time.

Affordable yet satisfying more like it is what you make it. Dont be a cheapskate.

Quite a bargain on the Mediterranean salad. Way too much food. The only thing keeping it from 5 star....the white rice was very soggy.

This is a awesome hotel, great price with great view in the room.

Harassing truck drivers with no where to park on a dead Monday night. Had security bang on my truck while I'm sleeping to tell me to move. I only had my tractor and wasn't taking up hardly any room. Most of the parking lot was empty to begin with. Security guards need to get a life.

You don't want to come here I got Bit Up by bed bugs and customer service keep saying theirs no manager around to talk about this issue than they don't want to refund me the money for getting Bit on My face and arms and another man behind me stated he believe he got bit too this hotel is called cystal in Compton !

Excellent customer service, security was great and helpful, housekeeping is always there for you when you need them. Great choice of a hotel to stay.
